Time to spend the night at my friend's place again. Work was stressful, this helps a ton.
on the topic of getting in shape, i swear by my home gym.
We have probably a max of 200 bucks of equipment between my and my brother, and that's all we need to keep fit and make fairly decent gains.
one set of adjustable weights, a skipping rope, a mat to do sit-ups/push-ups and maybe a chin-up bar is all you really need (way cheaper than a gym membership, i remember picking up our second set of weights for $10 at a trash n treasure market)
You don't even need to buy weights, just get something heavy
Benchpress your computer, deadlift a CRT, Make dumbbells out of original Xbox controllers

that's a bad idea, things like CRT's/household objects don't have proper grips, and trying to make up for it's shape and uneven weight will throw you off proper lifting technique - and that's a golden ticket to injury.
i've heard, however, that the best things for general conditioning are body weight exercises - push ups, pull ups ect. and if they get too easy, try to do push ups with a basketball under one hand to mix it up a bit.
I'm bored with my life and tired of it
What should I do?

I agree, it's just better to get a gym membership.
That's what got me sticking to my exercise.

Well, for me it's mostly simple stamina exercises that keep me in shape. I live a good 8Km from the next city, a distance I always travel by bicycle. Then there's skipping-ropes, brilliant stuff. Obligatory push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups every day. But don't do these half-assed, just a few until you get exhausted. Really take an hour of your time and limber up before, then do it properly. Always maintain good body tension, don't be all floppy, only using the muscles you need the most. And then really push yourself. Go to the point where you THINK you can't go on and then do some more. That's the point of stamina exercises. You can increase your stamina by 200% with exercise but you need to get over the exhaustion.
Or just go to the gym. Noone gives a fuck what you look like or what you do and everyone is nice.
Diet is another issue.
My parents rarely go out to buy groceries, usually buying essentials (milk, eggs, ingredients for shit I can't make because I am a shitterible cook). I am pretty picky, don't have much money for healthy food, and junk food is cheap, so... :C
I need you guys to suggest some food I can pick up so I can stop being fat.
Learn to cook, you'd be surprised how much more unhealthy ready cooked meals are than things made out of fairly fresh ingredients and jars of sauce mix and shit, even when they're the same dish.

violent and angry mood online
My friend said to make sure he got up for work, since he had been up late and drank a whole bottle of wine, and had some shots.
Woke him up with sex. Quite effective.

So how did that work? Did you just stick your dick in his pooper while he was sleeping?

Are all of your totally-not-boyfriend friends gay or did you literally just rape a straight dude

Pretty much all of my friends in town are gay/bi/lesbian to some extent.
Meet one or two and then meet their friends?
Also, whenever I've talked about my friend, it's the same guy.
So... I've just had a row with my father (yes, we were on great terms a few days ago, and now this) that escalated from a simple point that he didn't like my attitude at one time, to where he said I should "just fuck off and live somewhere else, useless shit."
Wow. It really puts you in a terrible mood when your own father thinks you should just 'fuck off'. I don't like ranting about my problems to other people, but this has probably ruined my entire weekend.
Has anyone got any ideas on how I could cheer myself up?
I'm on call.
I've gotten four calls just this morning. =(

How the hell does a war veteran trained in hand-to-hand combat get the shit beat out of him by his middle-aged dad?
That being said, I'm just glad America is becoming more socially progressive.

I'd say he probably didn't want to punch back or stop him at risk of hurting him or something

Easy, caught off guard, didn't expect it, it is his dad after all, likely didn't want to retaliate to it so it just happened.
