I'm 160 pounds and 6 feet tall, and I have a lower tolerance for everything in comparison to my friends. Alcohol, weed, everything.
I'm 6' and 170 and I can drink like a fish, even though I really don't like alcohol, and smoke weed fine but my eyes, they ALWAYS get red. Really red. Like I'm a certified stoner, but they always get so red. Here I'm thinking it would get better in time, but 5 years later and little progress, so who knows
But 5 drinks and tipsy, that's fair. 10 drinks and drunk, that's good. I'd just call you a good drinker :v: I know some folk that 10 beers/shots/cocktails or whatever would get them plastered

He's literally the epitome of hipster PC gamer, its painful to listen to him on the podcast too as he tries to explain why things are good and bad. Basically if it doesn't fit the arbitrary list of of game mechanics and gameplay a game should have in a game design it means it must be a bad game, because tom francias is making a game too and as such he knows everything about video games
Like I don't even think he has a concrete view of games he thinks are fun or anything, it's all specific mechanics and literary device breakdowns, and if a game doesn't do X mechanic how he thinks it should be done then the game is a failure. AKA cares more about arbitrary bullshit than the full experience itself. The exception is anything that is indie, which gets a free pass.

Then again, most of the drinks I get are burnt to hell, typically based around vodka.
All I know is that when I go out drinking, I always have a drink in hand the entire night.

Aye they can, I have a logitech c190 i think it's called. Brilliant camera but its still just a webcamera. It's not equipped to take good pictures. Sure it has the megapixels and resolution but that doesn't mean it's great at being more than a webcam.
As for drinking. I tend to drink alone just because i honestly prefer it, it's not an alcoholic thing or something i just prefer it. But it takes a surprising amount of it to actually get me drunk. I'm only about 5'8" and only 120 lbs (so i'm actually decently underweight) and it takes about 4-5 beers just to really feel anything for me double that to get drunk. It's odd because i don't really drink and with my weight i should be able to get properly smashed after 4, not 10.

But if somebody tells me to drink/gives me a drink sure I will drink not because I want but because they want me to.

being in uni when i make the rare excursion out of my dorm with friends, they'll be getting drunk or high. Usually i opt out and while they're completely gone and babbling about trifling around i'm there completely sober laughing at them. It's seriously hilarious to watch someone try to explain a basic thought of theirs to you when they're drunk/high. To them it makes complete sense, but to you they're saying "it's like the time your skin was happy and just wanted to be away from you for awhile".
It's brilliant.

Yeah, I'd drink if I was with friends and or if I wanted to actually be sociable, but drinking alone? why.
Which reminds me, there's a guy in my school that just doesnt say a fucking word to anyone, he's really awkward and shy but one day after lunch we had gym and he came to school drunk, and it was so obvious because he was laughing at everything and basically saying everything on his mind.
The teacher obviously knew too but he's an awesome guy and didn't give a shit, just teased him a bit during the class.

Drinking alone is fine, depending on why you do it, mind you. I mean some nights I just sit down with a few glasses of wine and play guitar, just to relax and whatnot. That said, I don't drink often, or at aaaaaall really. The odd night sure, but on the topic.. I mean I smoke weed plenty on my own, be it games or drawing or guitar or just generally hanging around.. just because it feels nice, I'm not running away from my problems or anything of that sort :v: It's not an escape, its just for fun
