Time to play Dead Space 3.
be sure to have a change of pants handy. Also cover your chair in plastic, just to be safe
The TV ad for it doesn't make it seem at all scary.
my friend nearly shat himself while playing it. I guess they aren't allowed to make it seem super scary on the adverts
I didn't really find dead space all that scary as much as fucked up considering you curb stomp zombie babies which I really like.
Dead Space isn't scary in the way Amnesia: Dark Descent is. It's more jump scares instead of super suspenseful.
I might get a new job on monday as a bus boy at some expensive steak house. I was interviewed yesterday and they said they review all the paperwork on mondays so yey. I hope the pay is better than my last job. Although even if I'm making minimum wage that's still not too bad. Someone told me they also get tips.
I don't get scared in horror games because I know that I'm playing a horror game. Only time I've got scared in a game was when I was playing a minecraft ripoff that was the most silliest shit ever, and a giant spider came out of nowhere.

Especially when I feel them crawl up my hand at 3am with the lights off.
the only time i was scared in a game was by a screamer, i hate screamers
When giant spiders come out of nowhere in my room I almost shit my pants. Especially when I feel them crawl up my hand at 3am with the lights off.
I'm not even scared of spiders. Just I thought the game was so bad it couldn't handle working NPCs
Only times I've been scared of games were back in that flash "follow the maze with your cursor" game that had a screamer and in Amnesia when I first saw one of those dudes walking around I mostly stay away from horror stuff because back when I was little I saw The Exorcist and it scarred me for life :>
Isn't the screamer in that maze game the girl from The Exorcist? :v:
I really need to get a phone, while we're on the subject.
I'd like to get a windows phone. Only problem is the price. I simply can't afford (and don't want to spend) the money on not only the phone itself but the obligitory $30/mo minimum monthly fee just to have the privilege of continuing my internet addiction outside the house, when I should be doing exactly not that :v: I already have a tablet/netbook hybrid so I just use that when I'm at a library, in class or whatever. I have my desktop too for when I'm at home. I have my zunehd for mobile music/video. So I don't really need a smartphone but it would be nice to have. Windows phones look pretty neat, they aren't as stupid massive as some of the other smartphones out there and have a really cool UI. But considering I use a tracfone right now that costs me about $75 for close to a year's worth of talking/texting, going from paying $6-$7/mo (effectively) for a phone to literally something that is 4-5x more expensive per month just to have internet or a timewaster wherever seems unnecessary to me.
phones are super nice and handy to have even if expensive i lived a long time without a mobile and once i got one i have a hard time seeing myself anywhere without it, you don't think you'll use it as much as you do but when there's so much you can do with it you might use it quite a bit
Isn't the screamer in that maze game the girl from The Exorcist? :v:
yeah :v: that image gives me the creeps Why is it that whenever I feel all "yeah I'm gonna go out and do all those things I've put off for the last two weeks" it's sunday and I can't do anything [editline]10th February 2013[/editline]
phones are super nice and handy to have even if expensive i lived a long time without a mobile and once i got one i have a hard time seeing myself anywhere without it, you don't think you'll use it as much as you do but when there's so much you can do with it you might use it quite a bit
I'm using this fucking thing because I get mine stolen every three months or so [t]http://www.elportaldelmovil.com/movil/samsung/samsung-keystone-2.imagen.o.0.jpg[/t] can't even listen to music with it
I have an old iphone 3gs it's kind of shite but it calls and texts and musics.

Can't afford a modern smartphone I just want my old 5200 back ;n;
I like my modern smartphone c:
I have a Nexus 4. Aside from my troubles with the lack of physical keyboard and the lack of additional internal storage, I like how useful it is and how it can play anything on it.
I really don't mind not having a phys. keyboard, the phone I had before my smartphone had one, but my large fingers prefer using the tactile ones, even thought I tend to make a lot of typos.
It's more or less because I'm a touchtyper and I don't like how you have to look and conform to the limitations of touch screen keyboards. [editline]10th February 2013[/editline] I don't even type on it anymore. I just use swype since turning the phone over and typing on it is a pain in the ass. [editline]10th February 2013[/editline] And I use voice recognition to google or type domain names.
I barely ever turn my phone over to type, keep it straight and type on the smaller version of the keyboard with my thumbs, works fine. Not a fan of swype though.
I barely ever turn my phone over to type, keep it straight and type on the smaller version of the keyboard with my thumbs, works fine. Not a fan of swype though.
I have to do this with my tablet. My thumbs hurt after about 2 words if I use it on the side because it's a 10 inch tablet. Which is a pain in the fucking ass because skype won't rotate that way ever and I have to use the large keyboard or switch it to the split style. Uhhg that's the only thing that pisses my off about my tablet.
I barely ever turn my phone over to type, keep it straight and type on the smaller version of the keyboard with my thumbs, works fine. Not a fan of swype though.
aw, can't stand that, keyboard is too small
galaxy s3 best phone ok
I'm perfectly fine with my Atrix 4g, and when I want to sit and type easily, I can just plug it in the Lapdock and use a full fledged keyboard :v:
I tried buying an iphone 3g at the apple store back when I still worked at Macy's. The apple guy that was helping me was in the middle of setting up my account, when he called AT&T to confirm my subscription with them they randomly said I had to deposit 500 bux into the account for no reason. The phone was free, as long as I bought a subscription. It fucking sucked, I wanted that phone.
sundays make me sad
