I need some speech therapy or something.

I cant speak straight. I slur, stutter, and never think before I speak. I think of these long elaborate normal sentences to say and my mouth just quivers up or it doesn't say anything at all. The words that come out of my mouth can sometimes become mismatched or replaced with things off topic. My mind constantly blanks out for no reason. I completely forget deep thoughts seconds after the apex of them, only remembering the fact that I was thinking of something deep. I can't say anything beyond small-talk, and carrying on a conversation of some of my most favorite subjects last little less than a minute.

I cannot fix this by simply 'tackling it'. I don't have many opportunities to speak to people. I tend to annoy people when I talk to them with text, and I bore people when I speak through voice, I have a couple friends that are very supportive of me but they don't log in a lot.

oh hey this happens to me all the time

sometimes I try subvocalizing the thoughts i have so that it gets stored in the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baddeley's_model_of_working_memory#Phonological_loop]phonological loop[/url] so I can retrieve what I was last thinking about

it's invariably gibberish and nonsensical, you aren't missing anything
