Speaking of hardware deaths, my 4+ year pair of headphones bit the dust today.
Show-offs.

gets about 20 dots per meter
I had a G5 for a while, best mouse I've had so far, now I have a G300 (Because budget) since a good year, and other than lacking a few thousand DPI's and being small, it's okay.
I'm gonna get this.

Claw grip master race.
Seteki, I wanna know how you managed an awesome independent lifestyle?
I'm planning on moving out in a few years hopefully and I want to know how you are able to live like that?

mustard race
my mom broke mine, so i'm using my old xm518 which is basically the same thing but with sunspots
These things are the only mice I've ever used, they've done me well over the years. Incredibly reliable; Logitech stuff tends to be really good quality and I love it.
Got one of their desktop mics too, works better than any headset mic I ever had.

I only found out about this a couple months ago
Id never really paid attention.. but I change my grip all the time depending on what im doing lol
On Razer's site you can pick out a mouse based on your grip type and preference iirc.
i've heard mixed things about razer
some people say they're all LEDs and overpriced stuff
others say they're quality products and good customer support
is it all of the above?

It's all LEDs. They're quality products, but have little to no longevity.
yeah also ~hardware drm~
I've had a few Razer products.
I generally find them on the same level or lower level as Logitech gear..
The Black Widow I had was a piece of fucking shit god I advise no one to buy it. Save your money and get a das or something lol

But thats just one keyboard

I had Razer Orcas, broke after a little under a year. One half wouldn't get any sound due to bad soldering of the wires inside. I've also got a Razer Lycosia right now, thing fucks up all the time causing a single key to repeat itself (Most often W, A, S or D, argh.) or other keys to not work anymore (Like backspace) and requiring the keyboard to be unplugged and plugged back in.
All in all my experience with them hasn't been the greatest.
edit: oh and the S, D, Shift and Space keys are all losing their covering due to overuse, haha.

What exactly makes you say that?

It really depends what you buy, IMO all gamer stuff is overpriced especially razer stuff but the Deathadder is just such a good mouse

The blackwidow problems with its drivers
If anyone is interested in getting a mechanical keyboard I'd suggest a filco or a ducky shine
What exactly makes you say that?
Had it while I was sponsored for Battlefield.. 3kro gets in the way like fuck, blue switches also not ideal for gaming..
From a non gaming standpoint
Despite being heavy it still felt plastic and fragile
Gloss bit was aids
Really not that good to type on for something with blue switches (typed on high end blue keyboards and it felt 500% nicer)
My friend has the Stealth which I also dont like.
I think the steelseries 6gv2 was a lot better for almost same price.. I'd just recommend saving another 20 - 40 bucks and getting a higher end keyboard.
Though having said all that, I think if you live on your own a black widow with blues is preferable to a rubber dome, and if living with other people, the brown is preferable to a rubber.
Best keyboard I've had so far, Das Model S Ultimate Silent (such a long name ._.)..
Valentine's Day is a bit silly. Why set aside one day just to love someone?
Love should be everyday. <3
<----(is actually just bitter because no one wants to be his Valentine.)
ill be your valentine
Bored :(
If you are in the EU you can probably get that mouse replaced because there is a 2 year warranty on electronics.

Yeah the most common complaint i heard about the Blackwidow was the horrid build quality and razer.
It was an overly flashy keyboard as well. I heard the keys were chinsy and often the lettering faded despite being etched for the transparency.
I have a Ducky 9008s with cherry mx blues. I don't live alone and knew they were loud but i needed to have blue. Blues are jsut so incredibly satisfying to type on. Sure they require slightly more actuation force but its incredibly minimal. I love the click and clack.
This keyboard is also SOLID. It's steel with a plastic coating. I can rage as hard as i want to and beat my competitor over the head mercilessly until his head is but a pulpy mash on the floor below him as the desk broke as well after he slumped over on to it and i continued to beat him, wipe off the board, and plug it back in and it won't even be scratched. Plus it's not flashy at all and not 4GAMURS it has media keys and function keys, i can disable the windows key if i want, and the keys has a few settings for light.
At the time i was deciding between a das or the ducky. I'd take a filco but they're hard to find, or were at the time. But i'm more than happy with my ducky. It's an amazingly solid, comfortable, beautiful, and functional keyboard. Games are fantastic with it with great responsiveness and typing is FUN (especially if you can type really quickly like me and just be engrossed in the clicking and clacking of symphonic orchestration. Browns are for wussies.

As for mouses. Logitech seriously is the way to go. I've been using the same logitech mouse since 2007. An lx7, mother fuckers so old, wireless mouses were still not incredibly common at the time. The receiver is larger than a flash drive. it's withstood years of torment from my rages, including when i played css small time competitively in a clan. It's worn down but still works, it's slowly starting to kick the bucket with a fading signal and less responsiveness but in all 6 years of constant continuous use i've changed it's batteries only 3 times. This mouse is fucking amazing.
Pretty soon im going to be buying either a g400 or g500 but through years of service i am now a devote believer in Logitech Mice.
When i replace this mouse, i'm going to keep it as a trophy and mount it with my WASD keys i pried victoriously off of my logitech 10$ keyboard that worked diligently for all 6 years until succumbing to a pulled wired. It still worked but sometimes it'd jiggle out leaving me with my pants down in a game. I used to pick up the board and throw it around too in anger.
I love you logitech. You know its a good company when even their basic cheap models are amazingly well built.
Is it bad that I think anyone who spends more than 20$ on a mouse is a sucker? I dunno it just seems weird to spend as much as hundreds of dollars on one of those R.A.T mouses.
Seriously, they look like they've been run over :v:

Most I would spend on a mouse is $40

My 12 year old cousin has turned into one of those Swagfags...that is another thing we don't need in my family.
I only paid 33$ for my g300.

Yeah, there's this prick in my college course who spent £240 on a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre, only for everyone to tell him they're fake.
Seriously, you could tell the Bs on the cups were 6s from 20 paces. :v:
I buy all my electronic equipment from Asda costing up to a max of £30.
My walkman has survived 2 years, going through a washing machine, being dropped countless times and also having heavy weights accidentally on it.
