Its one of those foods that makes your gut bloat out and makes it impossible to get a six pack.
The gluten in refined grain products are carbs and that is something our bodies take a while to break down so it ends up getting stored as fat. Its healthier to eat foods that are high in lean protein and a bit of fiber like salmon and chicken and its also good to have a lot of fruits and veggies with that as well.
Most of the calories that come from a cheeseburger for example are in the buns. If you're planning on going on a diet try to avoid bread and certain types of grains and foods that have a lot of sugar and fat in them.

Try Hershey's "Pot of Gold". That stuff is the best. I'm even eating some right now.
Hershey's is horrible though, its like eating pure bitter syrup, I wouldn't even count it as chocolate...

Whats so special about hershey's? 3 pound belgium chocolate bars are the best.
I've tried Hershey's and I've tried Reeces Pieces, i've yet to be impressed by them - it's kinda like Coca Cola or McDonalds; they're famous because they're famous.
they make me feel sick... Same as Mars Bars. Just way too sweet for me.
I'm amazed how Mars are so bad yet Snickers are so good. Or is that just me?
