Hersheys taste like sour milk to me :c Twix master race.
I've tried Hershey's and I've tried Reeces Pieces, i've yet to be impressed by them - it's kinda like Coca Cola or McDonalds; they're famous because they're famous.
No they're famous because both of them were substantial firsts and embodied the very essence of globalization as well as naturalization. Besides hershey's is just a local favorite. It's like if i head over to the uk and have some marmite. I would think it's probably horrible and question why some people love it. But the main point here is that you're overlooking why mcdonalds and coca cola are famous. [editline]14th February 2013[/editline]
Snickers are the best chocolate bar definitely. Lots o nuts and not that sweet. Aw yiss.
Nope, take five. It's a perfect mix between salty savory and sweet.
Nobody here has said 100 Grand yet? All of you need to step your candy bar tastes up.
Its one of those foods that makes your gut bloat out and makes it impossible to get a six pack. The gluten in refined grain products are carbs and that is something our bodies take a while to break down so it ends up getting stored as fat. Its healthier to eat foods that are high in lean protein and a bit of fiber like salmon and chicken and its also good to have a lot of fruits and veggies with that as well. Most of the calories that come from a cheeseburger for example are in the buns. If you're planning on going on a diet try to avoid bread and certain types of grains and foods that have a lot of sugar and fat in them.
I was under the impression that complex carbs (from breads) were better for you than simple carbs (sugars, etc) BECAUSE your bodies has to work more to use them. Which is why it's generally bad to go for white bread over multi-grain/wheat (as its basically simple carbs in bread form). The "bad" thing about bread for weight loss is almost entirely because its pure carbs. Carbs are good because its pretty much direct energy for your body which is good for endurance, but if you want to trim your stomach it's better to just get your daily calories from things that don't involve giving lots of energy. However if you were (for example) doing strenuous activity for a day, such as backpacking 20 miles, having complex carbs (from breads, granola, etc) is almost required to give your body enough sustained energy it needs to make it to the end of the day. Sugars give you more energy faster, but becuase they are simpler I was under the impression they get turned into fat much easier (since you would need to burn off the energy you got from the sugar as soon as you got it in order to not get it stored into fat, while for complex carbs its a longer process). ANYWAYS - breads and such are great for you and give you great sustained energy throughout the day. But if you aren't doing much physical activity, aren't going to end up burning off those carbs you got from the grains, and/or are trying to lose weight/energy (rather than sustain it), then yeah cutting out breads is a good idea. As carbs you don't use in your day end up just going to your waistline as fat storage (with the help of other things to actually make the fat). This is also why pasta is technically pretty bad for you- because pasta is almost pure carbs... and generally you don't need to be eating pure carbs after 6-8pm, as that close to bedtime having a large supply of energy going into you is a pretty great way to just having all those carbs being stored as fat. Unless you plan on playing a very active sport in the evenign/night time, which is pretty unlikely.

Unless you plan on playing a very active sport in the evenign/night time, which is pretty unlikely.
Bread in itself isn't bad for you; you shouldn't live off of it, but I avoid it simply because the wheat's been so fucked with a lot of the stuff it does to you is a big problem, as are a lot of products widely used (soy, etc). Soy is one reason why men get manboobs - it contains estrogen, and that (to put it simply) fucks shit up. I try to avoid sugars, but they're not as bad for you if it's in like, apples / oranges etc. You don't want too much, but by the same token it's also not good if you're having like a candy bar or something. I occasionally have dark (86% cacao) chocolate which most people find disgusting but even sometimes for me it's overpoweringly sweet. My advice if you want to lose weight and build muscle is to cut out bread/grains, soy, milk, most sugars, things that aren't meat or vegetables. I can see just fine but I get headaches and cant focus on words sometimes.
Even with glasses I still get this issue, but you should probably invest in a visit to your optometrist. [editline]14th February 2013[/editline] So tonight I'm going to bring this cake to my boyfriend as well as some flowers I picked up bout 20 minutes ago, and probably take him to dinner. Hopefully things go well :)
I have some stylish reading glasses that are really rectangular but I couldn't get half frames because the glass wasn't thin enough :( Never use them anyway lol.
