Some family friends of ours managed to buy a house extremo cheap that was in a similar condition and owned by previous drug abusers
Luckily for those friends the dad was in charge of a small landscape/housing-handyman business so they were able to fix it up themselves and make it look pretty great inside, all on a super cheap budget. So maybe whoever bought it works in housing and plans on fixing it up :v:
