Well, the tests are conducted inside teaching hospitals and universities and the organization is supported by the US Dept. of Health and Human Services and is operating on an international scale, looks fine to me.

The only way to see if it works is to try to infect you with HIV after you've been immunized.

There are many ways of testing immunity, most common one is to separate the surface proteins and inject those, that's what the immune system reacts to.
Bleh the one thing I dislike about my bf (aside from how he's 5k miles away :() is that he's both a sore loser and a shitty winner.
Played Dawn of War with him a week ago or so, he refused to take the tutorial (I don't exactly know why) and my spess mahreens proceeded to curbstomp him without even trying, to which he responded by audibly sighing and attributing his loss to the game being buttonmashy and requiring no strategy. I'll give it to him that the tutorial is one of those painful handholdy "we're going to treat you like you've literally never played a game before" ones, but really it wasn't that long.
So then he tells me we should play Red Alert 3 because that game "is less about buttonmashing and has more of a [I]strategy[/I] to it" and I download it (all 20 friggin gigs of it), take a couple tutorials and I'm like "this is fun yeah let's play it" and then he proceeds to build two buildings, send two scout units to find me, and it turns out those buildings allow him to launch missiles and bombs and shit to [I]anywhere on the map.[/I]
and he's all giggling and being kind of an asshole about curbstomping me
and it was kind of annoying, anyone wanna suggest some fun [B]co-op[/B] games or something
Killing Floor, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 and Payday are all games I've had fun playing with friends on TeamSpeak.

You don't really need a grand for a gaming pc, you can get something that runs every current game on high for like $600
And I don't live in the US so I have no clue
I spent like, $1250 on my computer and I run everything on Low lol
But yeah like Latin says, you can go hardcore budget mode if you just want stuff to run

I live in Canada and to be honest the best option would be for me to buy one off of newegg.ca.
But the thing is I'm starting to see the gaming PC's they sell on newegg at the best buy I work at for about the same price, I just wish I had $600 :(

Yeah you can just go to the PC building subforum and throw them your current specs, your budget, country, and what you want to do with your PC and they'll give you a really good shopping list as long as you're not afraid of playing a bit of "expensive stuff lego" and you're not an asshole to them in some way

Custom built, put it together myself.. about like... maybe 2 years ago? I'm not too sure

I had BF3 running on Ultra for a couple of weeks, and put Starcraft 2 on Extreme for kicks for a few games.. but yeah 99.99% of the time all settings are on minimum

On Windows Vista, classic can end up being slower than Aero, since Aero uses the graphics card to do its work and classic uses the CPU so when normally working on a computer with Vista/7 (to some degree) it's likely better to keep aero on.
This is completely unrelated but I felt like I should have mentioned it.
The only time I've noticed any change in performance was when I was closing fullscreen games and it'd lag out or whatever as Aero turned itself back on
