I use to use sleeping as a defense mechanism in my early teenage years. I hate it, because when I get in personal arguments with family/friends; I usually want to take naps afterwards and I am [B]not[/B] a nap person.
Personally, I recommend working out and then relaxin' with games or something - to relieve stress that is. Even just quick push-ups to the point of exhaustion can help me relax because I then feel too worn-out to be upset.

I love delivery pizza that's been reheated in the oven though. Tastes exactly like it did when it was fresh. Microwaved is sort of eh.

About 60 pounds from the time that picture was taken, which was like 2 to 3 years ago. When I said I lost 40 pounds a while ago on this thread, I lost it all this year, the other 20s where 2 years ago. Yeah, that picture is definitely when I started to lose weight.

I'm weird and don't really feel any emotions at all most of the time, the last time I cried was when I went back home after I got my phone stolen for the third time because that's how I deal with going into (out of?) shock.

Some pizza places around here have pizza that is really good when it's cold
others don't and that's when I break out a pan and some tin foil
my mum just made a really good christmas dinner
I ate it as did my immediate family
Sitting here at my aunties house, wearing my new solar powered fan hat. It seems to be the only way to keep cool on this 40c Christmas day.
