I used to skateboard, stopped because the community I used to skate with were just a bunch of shitheads and I didn't want to associate with them anymore. The last board I had was just a plain board with no decals or anything, clear red wheels and half-clear/half-black grip tape, looked so awesome. My first board was a shitty wal-mart board I got from my mom back when she was like, hardcore christian, the design on it was literally just a picture of a motor-scooter (whatever those things are actually called)
I still snowboard with my dad though.
the superior sport with wheels is biking anyway
there's a bmx track i go to every now and then with this bike i have that's almost made out of toilet paper tubes
well it's as light, anyway and i get some ~sick air~

My uncle had a heart attack 3 months ago, weighs like, I'm gonna guess 130kg plus
He was riding around on the ramps and stuff
My dad broke his ankle last time he tried skateboarding, which was many years ago ;_;
He was going around the bowls and shit too though, slipped going up one of the higher sides and landed on his feet instead of sliding down on your knees like you're supposed to

Took me about 6 months to go from nothing varial heelflipping a 3 stair at school with friends

i had a skateboard but i never knew how to turn
I used to skate a long time ago, but my weight combined with the fact that, at the time, I was scared to death of falling off prevented me from getting anywhere with it. Still have the board, though now its being used to prop up the back legs of my broken computer chair.
The only thing I could ever do on it was ollie and shove-it. I think I landed a heel-flip like once.
I've tried skateboarding. could never figure it out.

I went flying down a hill my first time, tried to stop, and ended up flying toward the pavement, I never skated again, I'll stick with bikes.
First time I got a bike that you didnt pedal backwards to brake,
I rode down a huge hill (my house is at the top of a hill, just went off the driveway)
hit a van at like, maybe 20k
bent the wheel on the bike and walked it up covered in shredded skin from the road lol
