Yeah they do that often, seasonal hires. Odd they never let you know that you were in a seasonal position though. Trust me working at retail in the off season is awful though. You struggle to get more than 10-15 hours a week and you mostly end up doing busy work.
Good news is you have more work experience, which means you can get other jobs elsewhere easier.

But still, women are different, at least have more chances of being different in their interests than let say guys.
But I know that the fact I shy out when I like a girl, is my big problem with them. And for some reasons I am more affraid of rejection with womens than with mens, no clues why.
But anyways, I don't care much for the sex of someone, I'd surely be less shy with a girl I can relate to than a girl I can't much, but it's just easier to relate to with a guy than with a girl imo.
