Warner Brothers plan to use their Hanna-Barbara library for a extended cinematic universe
Sony, the same with Ghostbusters
And Fox is remaking films in their library for TV shows.

And also, Disney was only hinting at the possibilities of a massive, come-together storyline that lasted (literally) years in order to create. Looking at comics and fan reactions and tailoring each film to the hero in order to specifically lay the groundworks for the next film in which they come together.
DC with Batman/Superman is just throwing it together in order to jump on the hypetrain, as is Sony with Ghostbusters.
Nobody is taking their time about it, and that's why they constantly fail.

Superman/Batman VS the avengers shows you why being patient is it's own reward when it comes to hype and its pay off.
they wanted to try and form the JL within one movie and tried to cash into Marvel's momentum but only ended up tripping over themselves.
I don't need to watch GB or SvB to know that the movies are cash-grabbing embarrassments that should never have existed in the first place
