Difference between sexual relations with humans and inter-species sex.
PRIMAL INSTINCT.
You could argue a whole bunch of bullshit about how "animals love you" but think about it. We're TONS more developed than animals are, hence why we are separated!
Humans base their sexual desires on many, many things. Love, compatibility, chemistry, and more importantly the ABILITY to CHOOSE our sex partners. Whereas, it is an animals PRIMAL INSTINCT to mate, regardless of gender OR age. Why do you think male dogs do other male dogs? Certainly NOT because they seem to have a "connection". PRIMAL INSTINCT!
Love is a LOT more complicated between humans because there are things to BASE it off of. The only thing to win an animals love is to show it compassion and care. Feed and pet it regularly. Change it's shitbox or take it out for a walk.
Zoophilia is wrong simply because it wasn't GENETICALLY meant to be. Arguing it's just like homosexuality is irrelevant because it's human-human interaction. Animals only know one thing. Instinct. Their instincts tell them to feed, crap, and mate. No matter who it may be, they'll be in love.
Plain and simple.

That's why I said 'Then this animal should be excluded from the whitelist.' - for specific penis sizes. If someone has a penis size small enough to fuck a cat then it wouldn't be on the whitelist.
