He keeps talking about how he's "famous" and about he can start a revolution to stop child hunger and stuff, yet he's just a B-list youtube celeb with ~44 million views...
It is definitely pretty difficult to discern his actual motives. I am not sure which side is artificial, and which one is real. Maybe he made the whole Vice documentary up to gain publicity, or maybe it was genuine, and he just has anger and or competition problems. He is not the easiest guy to read.
odds are he's just completely fucked his mind with alcohol

I just finished watching this. He honestly seems delusional and has serious problems. He's likely not going to solve anything. He's making videos on youtube about eating random stuff, and in the entire docu mentioned nothing specific about stopping global hunger. It sounds like he can barely pay his bills with his "famous" youtuber shit. His channel is big and well known, but anytime I see him he acts like he deserves his recognition and is worth it. He's constantly talking about keeping kids from going hungry, or making a difference or something like that, but the way it's stated makes it seem like some dream he knows he won't get to and is in denial. I do not understand what he's shooting for at all. Him meeting people was so cringe worthy. The part of him giving money to people on the street or meeting that guy near his old house. "Oh yea I'm a famous youtuber, these guys are a documentary crew." The fuck? Why does that guy care. He constantly sounds like he cares more about his fame than doing anything with it. I see Shoenice as being the ugly son of the Youtube Family. If you told someone, yea, this guy lives off youtube making videos by eating bottles of liquor and eating glue and all sorts of random stuff, they'd look at all of youtube as still being this strange place still. Like we're still in 2005 internet media wise. I think he gives all of us a bad name. He thinks way too highly of himself. He says "i know that when people see that Shoenice subscribes to them it makes their day brighter" Really. The only thing I see from it is a number, he's not watching their stuff. He makes no impact in that regard. He subscribes to tens of thousands of channels, why should someone think it matters. He says he's kept couples together, and kept people from suicide. I certainly hope it was a misunderstanding, I can't see how someone with that kind of intellect has made an impact to someone's relationship or consideration as serious as suicide. Same with Ian, why the hell is someone who considers himself a friend, condoning this kind of behavior? He seems not quite all there himself given the amount of interviews we saw in the docu. In short, It doesn't seem he's aware of really where he is and what he is doing and everyone around him is lying to him.
The first thing you did wrong was take Shoenice seriously.
Same with Ian, why the hell is someone who considers himself a friend, condoning this kind of behavior?
Me and Shoenice hot boxed my car last night and he was talking mad shit about Ian
Kinda pisses me off seeing this considering if you watch his new shit, he's an annoying ego-tistical dickwad who's always drunk. He wants to play the "I'M SO NICE AND LAID BACK GUY" when in reality he's just an ass. He's milking his subs like crazy for votes on KoTW and shit. I unsubbed asap, his content is now garbage and he's not affecting the world as much as he likes to think and he never will solve the "Hunger Problem".
