I like how the Ubercharge was explained since the Medigun the Medic's using doesn't have an Uber ability- It's a prototype, and its Ubercharging capability broke after the first use.

Legit SFM+pre rendering can achieve great things.
I haven't seen something as impressive as the part where heavy's body is healed since that scene in EP2 when you can see alyx's muscle.
TF2 needs a dynamic music system, just like Portal and (technically) Left 4 Dead. Would be the most amazing thing I could ever hope to hear in a multiplayer action game.
