I hope it's going to be good. I always like Batman a bit more than Superman but they are equally interesting for me.
The whole thing that fascinates me about the idea of Superman is that he is still on the good side, despite having all those powers.
Everyone who read "Batman Returns" by Frank Miller will agree with me that tis novel kind of nailed the doom that is brought upon Superman by having theese powers since it's all fun and cheezy as long as he fights equally strong supervillains but gets hell as soon as he starts figting humans.
I hope they kind of transfer that.

not a great start we're seeing here.
So instead of thinking of something new, they are basically ripping off Supeman 2's General Zod.
There is only one Gene Hackman and only one Terence Stamp.
Move on, those characters can't be played better at all.

when will WB learn! Everybody knows superman's backstory!! move on and make a film that really fleshes out the superman character show people what he can really do for once, its a rare occasion in the comics where superman uses all his power but they have alot of big fights with him and some bad guy, this is where batman cannot go having alot of BIG fights, batman can't punch an enemy through a mountain, batman can't pick up a building and level an enemy with it, batman cannot move faster than the speed of sound ( not to dig at batman or anything because he's still awesome anyway ) but you get the picture of what they COULD do with superman while still showing him holding true to his moral's.
Also i would like a new villain ffs GIMME DARKSEID!
Superman has been done to death imo.
Either do something completely new with the style or don't bother.
