Some people are born with naturally color-changing eyes. My friends eyes change between brown and green at a regular interval.

When I was like 12 I got into the whole Telekinesis thing and read books at the library on it and all the types of Kinesis and stuff and back then I had a very open mind to things and I actually tried doing some stuff for like 8 months. 8 years later I can still do this weird thing/trick where I can feel something in my hands when I cup them together, like a magnet repel kind of thing, It's most likely just the Placebo effect and my heads playing tricks on me, but a part of me still wants to believe all these Kinesis things are real.
Also about the eye colour thing, I have Hazel eye's that look bluer in certain conditions and redder in other conditions. And aren't babies born with Blue eyes and gradually change as they grow up?

Everyone knows that trick, get someone to push your hands in whilst you push out out about 30-60 seconds then try and cup your hands together.

The difference is I don't need to do the whole pushing out for 30-60 seconds bit, I can do it in an instant and it'll repel till my hands are like a foot apart from eachother, and from there if I try closing my hands together I still get the repel.

people who say their eye colour changes from time to time could be suffering from a condition known as Heterochromia Iridum. It's basically where your eyes are slightly different colour, for instance David Bowie has something similar to this after he was in a fight. It can also be more subtle where you have a small different coloured ring around your pupil. But people who have this can experience colour changes in their iris at different intervals around the year.

That's mostly true. Some people's eye colour changes because of how lighting reflects off the texture of their iris. But your iris tissues also have melanin in them. I'm not sure if there are melanin producing cells in human irises after the developmental stage, but if there are you could trigger melanin production with melancortin. That's a hormone created in your pituitary gland. It's not too ridiculous to think you could control that by stumbling on the right brain signals.
People have been known to tap into really weird bodily functions like that. Like that guy who ran a half-marathon in the arctic circle almost naked. You guys have probably seen that documentary by now, but he was able to regulate his core temperature with thought. Generally speaking, we can't even consciously control how much we sweat or tremble, much less control how much heat our organs are producing. This guy even stopped cell death in his feet and then reversed the cell death process.

There's nothing magic about it, it's called psychophysiology. The mind has, and always will, have complete control over the body and all bodily functions.
All this shit about changing your eye color, however, is outrageous. There's a different term for that, it's called Wicca.
