I'm the good ol' US of A.
Yea I would contest that shit. You didn't have any malicious intent towards her, she is just being a little cunt.
I read this in the Heavy's voice for some reason.
Is not possible!
If shes ugly it don't matter! Unless she has hot friends.
I somehow think either you're not telling us the full story, or that woman is a PARANOID PHSYCO AXE MURDERER BITCH WHO EATS SMALL CHILDREN!
I know it's hard to believe that I'm not leaving out anything, but I'm really not. She is an oversensitive bitch. I told her an experience thinking that she would find humor but she didn't and am now paying the price. Nothing more. I did not make sexual comments twoard any part of her body, I did not grope her or anything. The assistant dean also citied things like me being difficult when I was removed from the meeting, (Yeah I was being difficult. I didn't understand the full magnitude of the situation and kept asking if I could apologize to the woman.) and me not showing up for a scheduled meeting in time. (It was because I didn't check my email today until after I was supposed to meet him, but I rescheduled.) He said that I wasn't a threat, because if he saw me as a threat, he wouldn't have called me into office, that he would just get right to the disciplinary process or whatever they do. He recognized that I made a mistake, said that we all make mistakes. No, I didn't tell the assistant dean exactly what I said to her. It wouldn't have mattered anyway, he'll just say something along the lines of "It doesn't matter if you had no malicious intent behind your statement, what matters how she interpreted it."

It doesn't matter how the fuck she interprets it if she wants to be oversensitive and paranoid she can go to her dorm and cry about it.
You should put a mask on, and go anal rape her now. That'll teach that bitch.
She should've left if she had a problem.
She should've left if she had a problem.
She couldn't leave even if she wanted to because she was on her work shift.
You should sneak into her dorm and masturbate until you jizz on her face. That'll show em'
You should go to the meetings and just drag the table full of food back to your dorm.
Does she make men cook for her, and put sweaters on cheerleaders?
You should go to the meetings and just drag the table full of food back to your dorm.
That would be so awesome.
At least the meeting wasn't about what you said to her.
I concur
God, that video is just so satisfying to watch. I guess in my mind the girl represents every stupid, snotty bitch I've ever met and the video portrays exactly what I'd like to do to them.
Bring a copy of the Bill of Rights, tell them that rights don't disappear at the school gates. Know that you have the right to peaceably assemble and the right to free speech. Tell them that you have Supreme Court precedent on your side. You did not libel or slander anyone, you did not sexually assault someone, you did not abuse someone, you did not commit anything wrong on the side of the law. Anyhow, stay away from her, let it blow over, or you can threaten to fuck the school up.

Well, you aren't protected by first amendment, by what I can tell. Basically, your rights end where others' begin. Because of the way she interpreted it, it could be considered wrong, and so you don't have a case.
women
No doubt women like her are the reason chivalry is dead.
Nice going. Don't talk to anyone about the incident who doesn't have the authority to make you. Just for future reference. Every statement you make is to a witness.

Acording to law the one being offended has more rights then the one offending she dosn't really have to have a reason ... she can just say "I feel unsafe around him" and they must honor that ... tho they could have done it abit more smooth ... mayby talk to you etc... she is still a bitch and you should atleast try to do something about this
This is why I say that you should have taken the offensive position right out of the gate on this one. Sucks to be on the defending side. She started with he alpha and you responded with submission. The correct response in the future would be a bigger better alpha.
If that's considered a crude, indecent joke and she was offended, perhaps she should kill herself now because that's pretty sad and I'm sure it's not going to be the last of it in her lifetime.
