Not really. Everyone DOES have implicit bias that can be hard to detect. Examples are when the exact same resumes are sent out to businesses, and the ones with a white name get better responses than ones with say, Hispanic names. The people getting the resumes might not actually know what they're doing, that's implicit bias, it quietly tells them "this person is better qualified."
