Trump made a fool out of himself, an unexpected twist to the evening
you cant Chill the Hill
Sean Hannity is packing up to leave the country.
CNN poll results 'minutes away' apparently
when will we get trump gangnam style
I may not have watched the debate, but y'all did a good job of summarizing, and boy am I glad I didn't. While I do agree with earlier posts that it really wasn't a debate more than it was a shoutmatch, I'm glad I can rest easy tonight knowing Trump fell flat on his face so hard he hit 6 feet deep.
You should have seen Trump's face when the debate was over. Utter despair.
Imagine telling our grandkids about this day
I am honestly really dubious after reading a few things in this thread. After reading posts laughing at Trump saying isis supports him when he said ICE, or when Baghdadi was mentioned. I don't think Facepunch really is representative of US opinion or reaction. I think the result will be similar to Brexit.
It should be no surprise that Facepunch's views lean left due to our international userbase.
I don't know how I'm going to sleep after this.
That went about exactly as I expected it would.
I don't know how I'm going to sleep after this.
Soundly and happily
It should be no surprise that Facepunch's views lean left due to our international userbase.
I still find it hilarious people not even in the country are following the election more than our own citizens.
I was debating on whether or not I seriously wanted to vote in this election because I think both sides are awful, but after sitting through this total fucking disaster of a TV broadcast, I've decided I'm not gonna be responsible for letting Trump have any sort of chance at winning. It's baffling that people are seriously considering this man to be President. From how he handled this debate, I doubt he knows how to tie his own shoes. Maybe because he pays people to tie them for him.
Trump might as well have been Budd Dwyer tonight
Oh come on, I made that comment at the very start of the debate. Was bound to happen again, though, you and I think exactly alike.
Imagine telling our grandkids about this day
Jesus no this whole election should be omitted from any form of record keeping, it's an embarrassment.
I don't know what I expected
Trump made Jeb look like a ice cold badass. That was some pretty sad shit to be honest.
That went about exactly as I expected it would.
It's pretty much what I pictured in my head back when we all started to realise Trump was really going to be the nominee
This is really excepted to happen.
I still find it hilarious people not even in the country are following the election more than our own citizens.
Like it or not, the USA is such a power that it's politics are important to other nations as well. Though it's sad that many Americans couldn't care less.
It should be no surprise that Facepunch's views lean left due to our international userbase.
That's kind of the point I was trying to make. I don't think the reaction general Facepunch users have to this debate will be very representative of the US public.
This whole debate reminds me of a Dota 2 pub, people flaming each other, no one doing anything to actually win the debate, moderator is afk, and Trump just throws the whole thing entirely so Clinton wins by default.
Well that was a disaster
I expect Trump to criticise the moderator - he only really pressed Trump
I don't know what I expected
But you got it anyway.
Trump Speaking to Hannity on Fox right now.
I expect Trump to criticise the moderator - he only really pressed Trump
criticized him on what, lester just sat there.
Jesus no this whole election should be omitted from any form of record keeping, it's an embarrassment.
I want the history of this election to be taught in its unabridged entirety to every child on the planet it's an embarassment to all the people who deserve to be embarassed
voting for trump, he totally won that debate with the wall, hillary was no show.
Trump won moderates because of early domination and manufacturing discussion before most people changed channel. Hillary won the entire debate on points as Don became unhinged over time.
Hilary wiped the floor with Trump. He came across like an underprepared teenager trying to bullshit his teacher at a book report. He had a few good jabs but the rest was so completely subpar that I'm actually impressed. I've always thought Clinton was an uncharismatic and poor orator, but she blew him away.
