EDIT:
damnit ninja'd ah oh well
"Guys! Those Norwegians are onto our aliens!"
"Just tell them that those pesky Russians were responsible"
I really, really, want to believe that those are spaceship pictures in the videos... but I can't because photoshop won't let me :frown:
Maybe they'll show up eventually...
I doubt we've encountered aliens, but statistically speaking, I believe they have to exist somewhere.
Maybe they aren't even on the same level of conscious or spatial awareness that we are, or maybe aren't even carbon based, but I think it is asinine to say that aliens definitively don't exist.
Haha I bet most of this is fake or has a logical explanation.
Why would UFOs want to come here? After they learned about our planet, they'd high tail it back to Mars.

What do you think we'd do if we were zipping around space and randomly found a one-in-a-quadrillion planet with life on it?

This is correct. I'm sure there's Millions of planets with life all over it just in our galaxy alone, some of which with civilizations on them too, Both younger and much more mature than our own
Ive seen a few UFOs and i have no explanation for them. I refuse to say they are from another planet until further investigation is done and a solid answer can be found, until then Im just gonna say its unknown.
Or mabey they just as curious as us.
If they were curious as us, why just zip into our atmosphere then disappear within seconds? With their so advanced technology, they could just download the whole fucking history and the biology of humanity among other things. If they were so curious, why not just come down and say hello? Why do they even need to come down here? We learned so much stuff about Mars and other planets with our primitive satellites. Imagine what alien satellites can do.
It's not logical or convincing that aliens have ever visited us this century. If anything, they might've seen the holocaust and deemed us too primitive/barbaric to their standards.

What if the US air force decided to come pay a visit to a bunch of savages with Black Hawks and F-35s and UAVs in the Amazon whose most advance technology is a wooden spear and stone wheels?
The natives would probably go into shock, or, as history has shown, attack the technologically advanced 'invaders', or worship them.
Perhaps they do have our whole history and know everyhting about us- but maybe they want resources, or are simply monitoring or keeping an eye on us. You know how much UFO activity increased int he Cold War, when we were closest to full out nuclear war? Maybe they're treating us like an endangered species- observing from a distance because our hostile race is endangered as is, and extremely aggressive.

We're no longer natives are we, now? We're people who are more tolerant and open than the past times where we burned down the 'heretics'. Peace with extra-terrestrial is more than welcomed with open arms in both fiction and reality. I don't think leaders of these worlds are like people from Attack from Mars or any science fiction where we automatically send nukes toward the nearest unidentified advanced ship. I'm pretty sure we're smarter than that, people who don't believe so are likely one of those people who think misanthropy is cool and animals is worth more than human lives.
You know how much UFO activity also increased after E.T was released? Just like how Jurassic Park increased interests of fossiled dinosaurs, E.T also increased the interest of UFO's and aliens. Seeing back then we embraced every fucking shit like crazy (KKK, Greasers, Gangsta Rap, and etc.) I'm pretty sure we embraced this UFO movement.
As I said, if they were keeping eyes on us, why go all the length sending an advanced ship into our atmosphere? It's risky and unnecessary, if we can detect water from our primitive satellites, they can detect everything they wished with their god knows what satellites they have.
P.S: If they were so desperate for resources that they have to use this planet for it, they'd have at least come down here and introduce themselves to UN or just go ahead and obliterate everything with their advanced technology.
Any photographer could identify most all of the stills as particular on the lens

Except the thing is, the "aliens" don't know this. Or wouldn't feasibly. Hell if we send tanks to other contenants and blow shit up, why would any alien race logically think "Hmm it's a good idea to make contact right now!".
It would also easily be a case of god-complex. You don't want to taint the natural development of a civilization with knowledge of your high tech exsistance until they get to a technological point in which meeting as equals is possible.

They must be really shitty explorers/investigators/scientist if they don't know this.
The real question is: What the hell is that in your mom?!
Oh wait, that's me :3:
I just had a crazy thought. What if all those things the Astronauts were seeing/talking about were actually some sort of unknown(to us at least) life form that lives in space. Sounds crazy doesn't it?
Well think about it. We have proven that life can exist anywhere. There are invertebrates and organisms that live off piping hot gasses coming out of underwater thermal vents. For all we know these space organisms could be surviving off light alone through biological systems unknown here on earth.(as in way more advanced than normal Photosynthesis) And as far as their invisibility to the naked eye goes. Life in the deepest part of the ocean, Life that never touches a hard surface in their entire life, are invisible. Only after being exposed to white or red light do they become visible to us. This is because the most common color for life down there is red. Red light does not penetrate that deep, so therefore they do not reflect any red light. Organisms down there have adapted to this and developed their own ways of hunting/seem around. Not to mention these organisms have been described by their radical looks as "extraterrestrial" from people saying that's what they would expect Aliens to look like.
I don't know. But the Biologist in me is intrigued.
I forgot to add that these "extraterrestrials" would be Infrared in color. So we would not see it with the naked eye. Only with instruments on the equipment we launched up there.
Innnnteresting,
first vid looks totally fake.
it's a bird

But we never see these things with instruments, at least not consistently enough for the belief in them to be justified. The only "sightings" are ever the naked eye kind.
And it's hard to maintain an organism in nearly sub zero temperatures in a near total vacuum. Not to mention the question of how the fuck they got up there.
And even then, if there really was an organism that survived in space, and it was lucky enough to get up there, it should be EVERYWHERE. I mean, if the ocean was full before we started fucking with it, these things should be choking the solar system what with their monopoly on space.
First one made me giggle. Seriously though - it looks way too artificial to be unedited, and the fifth clip was just retarded.
Trust me, I'm skeptical, but the fifth one was actually in alot of news, photographed and viewed by tons of people, and lasted a solid 12 or so minutes. I'm not saying its aliens, but as of now I dont think its a hoax.
If you zoom into a moldy sandwich far enough you will see a highly advanced civilization. It's just so small that we could never discover it and it will never know where it is or find out it is just some mold on a sandwich.
The UFOs of today are the airplanes of tomorrow.

If you look in the 2nd video you can clearly see IR instruments watching things zooming about. (not to be confused with the electrical storm happening on earth). And a better question to ask would be how did we get down here. "they" never had to get up there. They where always up there. WE had to get down here.
And as I said before, The limitations and possibilities of biology could differ dramatically in other planets/in space.
But than again, who knows.

Uh, what.
From what I understand panspermia is nothing but unlikely conjecture. From what I understand we were always down here.
That's not how it works. If you have an organism, which can subsist in space, and solely on light, and it has no predators (as light doesn't provide enough energy for complex movement), it should choke it's entire environment, IE space. If something reproduces faster than it dies, and it's environment is relatively stable, it will eventually engulf it's environment.
This was on Discovery Channel today, it was a Russian Rocket in space spinning creating perfect spirals.

This is true. However, a thousand times more likely than panspermia, we don't know exactly how we came to be. So as I said before. Who knows.
If aliens have been monitoring us they would already know that people would freak the fuck out if they knew about them. With things like war we don't panic as much because we know how to survive and eliminate the threat. With aliens we wouldn't have that chance. They could obliterate us before we could even try to defend ourselves.
I think ET's are real.

Microwave the ocean man, would be an amazing sight to watch all the water in the world evaporate.
