it's not halloween anymore but that sure is scary
I like how the people sitting next to him/her peaced the fuck out to different seats.
I don't think that represents the vast majority of people wearing the suits to public events. They've found a community that embraced them, likely at a time when their peers would not (childhood bullying and such). They go to cons and make more friends within that community for real-world connections to their online friends. It isn't any surprise that a sexual relationship develops around something people spend their time doing, and communities people spend their time around. That doesn't mean that wearing the suit itself is an inherently sexual action.
Lol, this fag is literally parading his sexual fetish around the place. Maybe not the suit or whatever but I feel that though interest in the "furry" community is primarily sexual based on my adventures through the internet. The question is... Why? Why the fuck?
The question is... Why? Why the fuck?
You're not a true furry until you shove the fact in everyone's face.
This person's channel is full of videos of him/her fursuiting in public. I don't know what to think.
Oh my god those two people's expressions are hilarious
It's even more hilarious that the couple behind them are making out with each other.
Imagine the guy being sat next to this guy. [t]http://i.imgur.com/93aYyXa.png[/t]
Shit, is that Agent Mulder?
these people are disgusting
It's definitely odd, but I think you're overreacting.
if he's an animal shouldn't he be in the cargo?
I'd rather sit next to a terrorist than this fucking guy
Airport security clearly dropped the ball on this one.
This type of shit is literal attention whoring. You are a whore if you pull this crap.
Why though?
furry shit
Shut the fuck up furfag. (User was permabanned for this post ("Gimmick" - Swebonny))

He's very clearly making the video to show off to the world that he's a furry. Hell, he got up in the middle of the flight just to include everyone staring at him in the background. All that being said, that's a really good fursuit compared to a lot that I've seen

be funny if they thought it was a mascot for something Lol
How did this person even get on a plane without getting turned away. I would've figured that'd be a bit of a problem with security. [T]http://puu.sh/lcgHN/4d5c1f44c6.png[/T]
Wearing a fursuit in public is definitely strange (and on an airplane even weirder) but calling them "disgusting" or getting mad about it is pretty silly While I'm sure there's a large sexual element to it, it seems obvious people wear this stuff because it allows them to be confident and socialize when they otherwise couldn't (just like cosplayers), it's not that hard to understand As long as they don't act maliciously I could care less about what other people wear in public

If it's their thing, more power to them. I'm still really confused how security let them do this though.
You arent mature at all for doing this on a plane lol.
wow sure is a good thing that i didn't make that claim, then nice reading comprehension
the difference is that a vegan restaurant is a private space for an interest, but the airport very publicly represents everyone; nobody should shy away from doing something they think is fun just because other people find it weird edit: @ your edit, while yes it pokes the bear, it still isn't really the fursuiter's problem if other people are not mature enough to handle it
I'd consider a small, closed environment that you can't leave for hours a time a much less public place than a vegan restaurant.
If you're only confident in yourself while you're pretending to be your animal character OC you might wanna work on that instead of wearing your suit everywhere
Yep, just like... ...People should just stop being fat ...People should just stop being disabled ...People should just stop having cancer... ...etc, etc.
You can't "cure" ASP, it's not something that can be "fixed". Having these coping mechanisms allows these people greater mobility in the world in the same way a wheelchair does for a paraplegic. People didn't become furries because people hated furries (since at one time, they didn't exist), they became furries because they had a hard time with social situations before they became furries. In other words, being a furry isn't a symptom, it's the cure. Point is, you're blaming people for something they cannot help. Just like things like cancer are physical conditions that someone can't instantly cure, and people who are overweight don't magically "un-fat" themselves, telling someone with an anxious personality disorder to stop being anxious is just as uniformed and unhelpful and comes from a lack of understanding. You could be wanting to help somebody, but just like name-calling an overweight person doesn't cause them to excercise, telling an anxious person to stop being anxious does more harm than good. I could have explained this better in my original post, but I didn't realize I wasn't being clear enough, sorry.

Yep, just like... ...People should just stop being fat ...People should just stop being disabled ...People should just stop having cancer... ...etc, etc.
Did you seriously just compare someone wearing a fur suit to an unhealthy lifestyle, an injury, or a cell mutation
Did you seriously just compare someone wearing a fur suit to an unhealthy lifestyle, an injury, or a cell mutation
Well, let's see...
If you're only confident in yourself while you're pretending to be your animal character OC you might wanna work on that instead of wearing your suit everywhere
Well, it seems that I didn't, but the person I was replying to did. Point is, if you're telling people who do something as a coping mechanism to not use their coping mechanism, you should at least have some kind of understanding of the mental condition that requires them to need a coping mechanism. Otherwise you're just telling people to "get better" because the way they cope makes you uncomfortable even though it doesn't harm anybody. Reminds me of republicans who are afraid of "the gays" getting married even though it doesn't and will never affect them personally, it just makes them uncomfortable. Pretty much if you're saying this, you're arguing that other people should suffer a lower quality of life simply because you're uncomfortable with them, that's literally your only reason. They should suffer for no other reason than because you're uncomfortable. Seriously, give me any other reason there is to have a problem with this besides the fact that it makes you uncomfortable.
The male in the seat ahead of them at :46 looks back in complete disappointment while they are going over the safety briefing hahaha
