How about a jury-rigged WW2-era rifle that shoots bayonets?
I've always imaged a type of flamethrower ish weapon, that uses an extremely powerful magnetic field and various flavors of science magic to grind up incoming bullets and other particles in the ground and on the air into small, sharp bits. It would then spin those bits at an extreme speed in a sort of tornado type pattern, causing them to heat up.
All you would need to do then is get close to someone and point it at them, then laugh as they get shredded to bits by red hot metal fragments.

that sounds like a fantastic way to shatter your wrist and lower arm
how about a long stick with a mace head on each end, which can be split in half for two single-handed maces, which also have buttons to turn them into flails

I had an idea for a GMod gun that I never bothered to make, but here's the basic idea:
[b]Piranha Gun[/b]
The gun shoots piranhas. There's a transparent chamber where you can see the piranha floating inside ready to shoot out and stick to people by the mouth.
For ammo it uses a jar full of fish eggs. When you shoot a fish, another egg floats into the chamber and grows into an adult piranha in like half a second (presumably the chamber is full of like sci-fi growth fluid or whatever).
So you can shoot two fish a second and cover people with piranhas. The more stuck piranhas, the more damage they take over time.
As much as I appreciate you guys and your ideas, I need something that would be a bit more relevant to my gamemode idea (I.E. Guns in similar order from Bulletstorm)

A Self Reloading and Cocking Crossbow in the same fashion a rifle or pistol cocks for the next shot. I.E using the force kinetic from the last bolt that was fire to move the string into position and move another bolt into place from lets say a barrel.
This would eliminate Gas or Powered motor doing this job.

A shotgun sniper rifle, imagine firing a bullet and when the bullet reaches about 5 meters it would break up into shells killing the target. This basically means if you aim the general direction you'll never miss.
I've proofen this concept in Second life, Where you've got instant death warfare instead of normal.

Looks like a revolver.
Launches bullets that explode into deadly, foamy goop that serves as area denial after a short delay.
Charged: On contact with player/npc, causes the body-part you shot to inflate and causes huge damage.
I like the goop idea, but the charged shot should have some sort of areal affect, if not always applicable that is.
Alright, i'll be serious this time, a rocket launcher that shoots rockets which split into 10 smaller rockets which then split into 10 even smaller rockets that are heat seeking.

The Gloves are two different Gloves, the Left one, when a punch is thrown, also burns and cuts the victim due to the Knuckles of the glove having spikes that are being constantly heated from Phlogistons
The Right glove Shocks and Knocks back the target with a great force...
The Gloves when used in combination with eachother would be deadly, when you're in a hand to hand combat situation
The "NERF" Gun
This is a Nerf Gun with a miniature Reverse vacuum attached to it. Most people would think this is cute, but when they see the flaming nails coming towards them, they won't be laughing, cuz they're dead. The Nerf Gun has an always on Pilot light near the barrel of the gun, meaning all ammunition shot with the gun, it's flaming hot. The trigger for the gun is on the vaccum. Just Hold the thing till the ammo's all out, then you put in another clip of nails/nerf darts/wood chips
When the Secondary Fire is pressed,the Vacuum lets off a HUGE burst of air, using most of the power up(It's a rechargeable! Don't worry!), firing a high speed, high velocity, Flaming Hot Nail into the unlucky target

As mentioned before, I won't be able to use weapons which are like Power-Fists or something of the sorts. The weapon has to be hand-held with a secondary function. Again based on the functionality of the weapons which are demonstrated in the OP.
Da Swarm Gun!
Complete with quickly drawn ms paint concept with box-based handle.

Its a hive. The end of the gun has arms that open/close the end, releasing a swarm of bee-like creatures.
Concept 1: They travel in straight lines and ricochet off surfaces before "dissolving", Secondary/charged function "paints" a target, swarmies swarm the painted target(s)
Concept 2: Bees seek out enemies. Secondary/charged launches a projectile that erupts in a swarm that swarms around the area they're shot at.
Similar to the Half-Life Hivehand? Not sure how that would really work out. I'd rather go for something which isn't alive, you know, standard killing equipment, except not that standard....
I'm still thinking of that liquid pistol think though...

The secondary function causes the cannon to fire an overcharged shot, causing an explosion radius and the ammo to be drained. The gun will also be unable to fire for 4 seconds. The overcharge also causes the user and anyone near him to take HEAVY damage from the explosion
The Hellraiser
A powerful shotgun with 3 different modes
The 1st mode : A standard shotgun mode that causes afterburn to the target due to it firing lava pellets
The 2nd mde: A standard flamethrower that accelerates the victims molecules, causing high amounts of friction and microwave heating to the victim, causing him to not only combust into flames, but feeling extreme heat from their insides, their blood boiling
The 3rd mode: A more concentrated laser gun that fires constantly, acting like mode 2 except at a faster rate and a longer distance, however, the damage done isn't as good as mode 2s

A minigun would just become too OP and I already have a shotgun, check the OP.

Then instead it could shoot something like little manhacks, which self-destruct/power down after a set time.
Then the concepts would work the same, maybe with something like a little beacon/flashing light visually representing the secondary fire.
Also, doodled this one out really quick, not too happy with the handle area, but keep in mind its a really rough idea of what it'd look like. I think i made it too tall-looking, it looks like it could stand to be flattened a lot more, etc. etc.

Flamethrower-type weapon
It sucks in and compresses air through the top of the gun, ionizing it when the trigger is pulled, the weapon sprays burning plasma.
Secondary ability: Fires an explosive plasma ball.
A flamethrower is again like the minigun a very powerful weapon concept, which kind of makes it so that you can just hold down the trigger for 1 second in front of a group and they are instantly killed. I need weapon concepts that their primary focuses on only a handful enemies like 1-3 at max, while the secondary is welcome to areal effects. Kinda like what I did with the Revolver idea which I added to OP yesterday.
