Streaming breaks copyright, because it's being published in a form that is unintended by the right holder; while viewing it is right now not illegal (not quite legal either, one could argue that the streaming process does produce a copy of the material in the sense that it can be made in to the file, which is illegal) I'm sure that will be tackled by the courts in the very near future

But that aside, Werner Herzog does some pretty cool docs
