i get max framerate on max settings. the only issue i have is random 2-second freezes which is potentially game-ruining.

The game works. It's not horrifically broken, if it wasn't working you wouldn't be able to play it at all.

At 12:30PM today I saw 4.1k people in TDM.

Because most FPers have jumped on the hate CoD bandwagon ever since MW2. Now, I do agree MW2 was a horrendous piece of shit, but Black Ops is a really good game.
