Scenario: You're at school and all of a sudden you're balls deep in an acid trip
eugh, i remember this.
i have HPPD and its cool. pretty much everyone gets it when using psychedelics even once. i think its not knowing what HPPD is and how its caused that makes people freak out when a 'flashback' occurs. oh i get typical shroom hallucinations, natural shapes and patterns pop out, shadows start dancing around, bright and pinpoint lights duriong the nights and sometimes the feeling rooms or the buildings around me are vibrating/falling [editline]02:23AM[/editline] fuck i forgot the contrast is way higher for me ever since ive been shrooming
i think i may have HPPD... I've never done straight acid though, only acid dipped e. But whenever i look at things in the dark.. sometimes i can see shit like how i would on a heavy e comedown (and i always have hallucinations on a heavy dose of e) For instance looking down the street (while driving) at 12 midnight i will see things blend together and it looks like something completely different until i focus hard on it or someone tells me what it is i'm looking at
I just realized that Anubis avatar is a mushroom, always thought it would be a mole or such. Shit. Also I didn't ever got some hallucinations yet.
I have hypnogogic hallucinations, which is like sleep paralysis. It's when you are paralyzed (for me it is when I enter REM sleep paralyzed in the upright position in my bed) I have only done acid in my life and it is not like acid. I had a freaky one onetime that my hands had worms on them and I realized that they were crawling out, so I squeezed my hand and forced them out which caused extreme pain, and then this faded away and I was upright looking at my hands and shaking them. I got another one in class one time where I was in mid dream because I wasn't getting enough sleep. I fell asleep for 1 minute, got up and saw mats of fuzz everywhere that were 3D and dynamic (got bigger and smaller the further or closer they were to me). This lasted only about 20 seconds but it was legit like what I expect DMT is. It was also like stop motion because the hairs were constantly jumpily moving. One was right in front of me and it looked insanely real.
i used to have sleep paralysis once a week. Now it's been months since it's happened. I wonder what changed?
1. Hallucinogens are not narcotics 2. Hallucinogens (LSD, Psilocybin mushrooms, Mescaline) do not have long-term effects on the brain 3. They are called "flashbacks" not "return trips" 4. Flashbacks are entirely psychological in nature 5. Your experience was not a flashback. Your perceptions were altered as the result of minor sleep deprivation. 6. You do not actually hallucinate on psychedelics. Your claim of seeing Spyro walk into the room is complete bullshit. 7. You're a dumbass. Get the fuck out of here.
Fucking this.
I just realized that Anubis avatar is a mushroom, always thought it would be a mole or such. Shit.
It's kind of hard to see unless you already know what you're looking at.
Look, he's got a fucking headcrab for his avatar. All the headcrab zombies ive ever met in my life were also faggots.
I lol'd so fucking hard.
OP sounds like troll to me or something lame. [editline]11:20AM[/editline]
...aaaaaaaaaaaaaand you're an asshole.
But he is right.
Never-EVER-hallucinated on [[psychedelics (thanks Pome for clarification on spelling)]] psychoactives. ((Edit: I confused psychedelics and psychoactives, fixed it and the spelling)) If you smoked some shit and started hallucinating, you got it laced bro...
psychedelics, and what might you suggest it would be laced with?
psychedelics, and what might you suggest it would be laced with?
I don't know. Possibly Acid but I don't see why it'd be laced at all, Weed is pretty cheap stuff compared to some of the stuff that makes you hallucinate. My top guess would be LSD, POSSIBLY Shredded up Shrooms (don't even know if that would work), but yeah I have no clue.
everything you've listed there are actually psychedelics, you do realise that? most notably lsd and shrooms, your two examples. and, shrooms mixed into weed wouldn't work - heat inactivates the psylocin and psylocybin.

Okay. And yeah, I know LSD and Shrooms are psychedelics. That's why I was saying that if they were laced into weed, it might create hallucinations. But shrooms is cancelled out from the equation, I suppose. And weed is a psychoactive, so it wouldn't create hallucinations unless it was laced, correct? P.S. Sorry I'm a bit new to DD so I don't know a lot about psychedelics.
You can't lace weed with shrooms, LSD. Those can't be smoked. You can lace it with opium/opioids or PCP. PCP can induce some real hallucinations. But PCP is expensive, it's unlikely you got weed laced with anything. Weed can also induce hallucinations, mind that.

I kinda figured though due to how you consume those. PCP would be a waste to lace with as the dealer would lose money in the long run. But a hallucination as strong as the one he's describing would seem odd, wouldn't it? I've never had one like it.
Maybe he is just weird :P. Anyway,to one comment in Page 1. I think one survey said that like 50% of normal people hallucinated, no drugs. Sleep paralysis, tiredness, being awake to much, and so on. For me, I have sleep paralysis. There is this anxiety that comes quite many times, that "falling down" feeling, but I am paralysed 1/3 of the times when that anxiety comes. Makes you appreciate at least one light source because complete dark = doomed lol.
psychedelics, and what might you suggest it would be laced with?
Heard of Wet? it's when they spray pot with formaldehyde and PCP [editline]09:52AM[/editline]
Maybe he is just weird :P. [editline]04:47PM[/editline]
But PCP is expensive, it's unlikely you got weed laced with anything.
As far as I know, PCP isn't expensive. It's fairly hard to find now because very few people are actually looking for it. [editline]04:48PM[/editline]
PCP would be a waste to lace with as the dealer would lose money in the long run.
Shrooms and LSD are both more expensive than PCP. Again, most people aren't actively looking for PCP since it has such a horrible reputation. Now, I need to clarify something: You guys are throwing around the word "hallucination" without fully grasping its meaning. Hallucination: Perception of visual/auditory/physical stimulation in the complete absence of external stimuli. It's important to understand the difference between visual distortions/misinterpretations and hallucinations. It is an all-too-common mistake.

Something I didn't know about weed actually. I've never gotten a hallucination on weed (in the context of stuff appearing where it wouldn't normally, such as a dragon flying through my door or something) so I didn't know it had psychedelic properties at all.
Those sorts of hallucinations are incredibly rare, even on powerful psychedelics. Marijuana is a relatively weak psychedelic.
After doing 2c-e, I've had very mild hallucinations that I had never had before. And I still have them even after a couple of months.

So that explains why people are saying that this guy's claim is pretty bull... But couldn't it be possible? Off-Topic: Benji finally got Anubis?
After doing 2c-e, I've had very mild hallucinations that I had never had before. And I still have them even after a couple of months.
I'm not familiar with 2C-E. I'm supposing it's a powerful psychedelic though?
Well one time I decided to stay up for a few days in a row just to see how things went. First 3 days went fine I usually only sleep every other day anyways. The fourth day rolled around and I started noticing strange noises I can't really describe. They continued throughout the day. The fifth day was really strange. I was hearing the noises again but they were more pronounced. Sitting in the basement I kept hearing footsteps upstairs and the doors opening and stairs creaking but when I went to look no one was there nor was anyone home. I started seeing shadow people in the corners of my eye and at this point I carried my baseball bat around with me just because of the paranoia. Sixth day was a nightmare, I really did not even want to continue staying up. The noises were everywhere and things kept leaping around in the corner of my eyes. I was watching T.V and suddenly realized I didn't even know what channel or show I had been watching for the past 2 hours. It was all blank. I was looking at things and it was taking a while for me to even realize and comprehend anything. This made it hard to play video games without doing really bad. I decided not to go any further and fell asleep. Best sleep I've ever had as well haha.

Now I'm getting paranoid cause I've been up for like 12 hours straight working, so I'm tired and can't lay down.

Well I have schizophrenia it seems. Where do I start? :v:
Smoke some weed.
Holy shit... it's Spyro... raping Anubis's girlfriend
