hello haxxer.
Hi, my name is Haxxer, and I'm a creep
Don't put yourself down like that. It's societies fault!
omg they talked about it once!!!!
They've talked about more then once. Also, I never said I was "representing" us. Where'd you get that idea? I was simply stating the fact that everyone hates us.
Society = francis
Also, I never said I was "representing" us. Where'd you get that idea? I was simply stating the fact that everyone hates us.
You're saying how everyone supposedly hate us. Like the opinion of the people around you represents 'society'. Let me ask you something: How am I supposed to take something like that seriously when it's coming from somebody who's a self-admitted social disaster?
fuck society. I dont really think they think of us as that. unless they know about 4chan then the automatically associate gamers (PC especially) with that cesspool
i thought you liked 4chan mr. sun
That's because people who actually call themselves 'gamers' with pride actually ARE the lazy, weird or fat ones.
Fuck society.
Also, I never said I was "representing" us. Where'd you get that idea? I was simply stating the fact that everyone hates us.
You shouldn't state that as a "fact." It's your opinion.

Also, before everyone goes with the whole elf thing again, I just want to let everyone know that I keep that stuff mostly private. I do not perv on girls when I talk to them.
You have absolutely no right to state that as a "fact." It's your opinion.
actually it's a belief
Being a "Social Disaster" is not the same thing as being high, dude.
You're a social disaster, therefore you suck at communicating and interacting with people and thus you are viewed as weird. Videogames are then brought into this by YOU and ONLY YOU to make the biggest bullshit story I've ever heard. And why are you bringing being high into this? What relation does this have to the subject at hand?
This thread is so pointless. If anything, us metalheads should be bitching because society hates us. WE'RE SO MISUNDERSTOOD :saddowns: Also, was anyone else not surprised to see it was Ryu-Gi who made the thread? I don't think people hate you because you're a gamer. I think it's because you have a rape fetish.
I agree
I agree to disagree, society just hasn't adjusted to games yet and the uninformed see it with fear because it's unknown. We need to give them time to adjust.
jesus christ let this thread die

I was saying that my social problems to not have the same kind of effect on my observations of society as, say, being high. In fact it's the outcasts of society that often point out the problems existing within a system, ultimately changing it for the better. It happened during the women's rights movement, and the civil rights movement. At the same time i do not see myself as some leader who wants to champion the cause, I have no interest in being anything like that. I'm just an observer viewing an injustice in society. And I agree with the above post about Society simply not understanding gaming. They still see us as foreign, and they fear what they do not understand. It is getting better, with the Wii and casual gaming in general, but for the most part they still view us as lazy dumbfucks.
Society does not hate us gamers, it hates you, the sick fucks who draw illegal elf intercourse!

People used to think television was evil and would badly effect children, now? Not so much.

It's not like we can can't sit in a certain area on the bus or have universal sufferage.
i dont understand is he having trouble reading cuz he masturbates so much
We have no rights. Everybody hates us. We have no place to live. We arn't given anything to eat. We're forced to work against our will. Wait, not really, shut up, go out of the house. The reason you have a "shitty" life is because of you, not society, don't blame everything on everyone else and act like you have it worse than everybody. You're probably some kid who has everything paid for him, then if he doesn't get something he cries about being treated unfailry. You have a fantastic life, so stop acting like a spoilt brat and man up.

Take it to the other thread, dude. This thread's for Susan.
Ok, reply.

Like other people in the thread have said, people that tag themselves as "gamers" should be blaming themselves, because relating yourself to only one thing isn't a good representation of you.

This "injustice" has been entirely dreamed up by you and you alone, and even if the injustice does exist, you're the fucking stereotype that causes it. WAKE UP.
They view games the same way they viewed Rock-and-Roll back in the day. "IT'S DEVIL MUSIC IT'LL MAKE YOUR CHILDREN KILL THINGS" Now we have video games, and they all go "OMG VIDEO GAMES ARE THE DEVIL THEY'LL MAKE YOUR CHILDREN KILL THINGS". Society hates games because they are always out to blame something for their problems. We're scapegoats for their insecurities and their failures.
Considering you're not a part of society it would be impossible for you to speak on the behalf of it Ryu-Gi. I don't see how you can possibly say "Society sees gamers as X" when you are not a member society. There is no "We". You are not a gamer, you are a cynical loner. No-one hates gamers, they just hate fucking weirdo's; aka you. Feel free to make an opinion of what society thinks of gamers once you come out of your basement and join it.
so they wanted to be a part of society.
They already were a part of society. You people don't understand what society is at all.
Society hates games because they are always out to blame something for their problems. We're scapegoats for their insecurities and their failures.
Some retarded media tries that every now and then but that's it. Nothing more. All you're doing now is rewording your argument and posting it again and again. Accept that you are wrong.
If you really believe this, then kill yourself you wanna-be elf rapist.
