i reeeeeally wanted waffles and chocolate sauce, but lidl had no waffles and everywhere else is closed at this time of night
i don't think a smoothie was such a bad choice though, i've only really eaten carbs + protein today

I very rarely like the taste of peas. Are these a bit more flavorsome than most? If so I probably like them.
Hamburger helper without meat is just macaroni and cheese. What would be disastrous about that?
Because I'm terrible at cooking

It was surprisingly very filling and tasted good for my first ever meal i've cooked legitimately, i'm leaving the rest in the fridge to soak in a bit, I used steak sausages instead of the usual and it was definitely worth it
i had roast pork leg with some roasties and peas. which was set to be delicious... but then i ruined it by making my gravy too thick. gutted.
it was lovely red wine and rosemary and garlic and all the juices from the pork. but it wasn't thickening with the granules so i ended up adding too much and it was just salty and thick and bad. really gutted.
but then i took all the skin off and made scratchings, which made up for it a bit.
pork sandwiches tomorrow!

A chocolate chip cookie nutella sandwich warmed in the microwave and a glass of milk. So gooey and delicious. :)
Vanilla wafers and sweet tea, not a bad combo.
Carbonara. I couldn't make it completely authentic because I didn't have any Italian preserved meats like pancetta, so I used bacon. But I made it without using any cream at all, which is how you're supposed to do it. :D So creamy.
onion bhajis from a stall down the high-street and a little raita i make (very basic, just natural yoghurt and a little mint sauce)
yum! i love indian food
