Naviblue.com (Now featuring: an angry Naviblue mod) - General

I'm a moderator on NB. I like modern industry, don't want to live on Pandora, and don't wish I was a Na'vi. I'm double majoring in Accounting and EAS and drive a gas guzzling SUV, any questions? LOL I'm fine with you guys ragging on Naviblue (not that this matters); I know we have a few overly fanatic members on there. I've been trying to crack down on them and we've since blocked almost all crybaby and odd-ball threads. I knew this would happen the moment I saw Avatar. I tried to warn you all that it was a manipulative, vapid, one dimensional piece of hollywood liberalism designed to turn people into gibbering, lifeless husks obsessed with blue cat people and trees and shit. For god's sake people.

To be honest I've seen worse fads. Avatar was a good movie, nothing more, nothing less. People naming their children after the characters? Meh, nothing new. People name their kids after sport stars all the time, what makes this any worse really? I am indifferent. EDIT: I did find the navii cool, I got a thing for blue-skinned alien chicks :v:

How is that? It's the Stelvio Pass in Italy. They featured it on Top Gear. I agree with a lot of the things being trashed on about the movie. The furries, depressed crybabies, and overzealous weirdos make it really hard to like the movie. The fan base as a whole isn't all bad, but there are a bunch of people who have made Avatar synonymous with a lot of derogatory things. There are weirdos in every group you look at. I tend to just ignore them.

Having the humans winning would have certainly made the film better, not only that it would be more realistic it would also be seen in a more 'artistic' presentation which is probably what the film was originally meant to be.
