Forum Discussion v5 - Imagine if you used Ignore List. - General

Well I just learned the hard way that google doesn't keep your google authentication around when the domain no longer exists in their system. This was a bit of a mistake on my part. While I could re-add the domain.. if it expires a year or two down the road I don't want to be locked out of my account on newpunch. I'll probably make a new account using a free gmail account to prevent this issue from happening again. There is no recovery option for situations like this and while most people will probably use the free accounts I'm sure there will be some people using paid domains and have this issue later on down the road. Kind of a oversight IMO there should be some kind of recovery option - like a one time password.

Alright I was debating posting about this but it still irks me so I need some resolution. I was locked out of my account during my ban so I couldn't contest it while it was relevant but I'm still unsure as to why I was banned. Ironically, I'd like to think the person, Kiwi, who I'm contesting to for helping me regain access to my account as I messed up and forgot my credentials. However, I don't think that alone should from stop me from posting this because I'm still unsure as to what went down. I got banned for doing what a mod said was the appropriate action, and none of the other people who posted on this topic before or after me got banned. Even the person who readily admits they consider their own post ban-worthy. There are posts after my post that go on about transgender-ism because it's [I]discussed in the video[/I], and those people didn't get banned. May I ask what I did wrong here then, if it wasn't my topic?

the trick to ban evasion is to simply not get caught and the best way of doing that is not doing it at all happy to help and contribute

Viewing on alt shouldn't be forbidden as you can view threads on your banned account. You just can't post and (I think) rate.

When kiwi asked me how to do comic sans in the web, I replied with "Just use cursive" [editline]15th November 2017[/editline] that being said, comic sans doesn't work on android (granted given what I said above) For it to work, you'd have to import comic sans font-face, or install it to your device

Is it really impossible to make titles a self-contained unit without being able to mess up the rest of the page, or is vbulletin too dumb?

Hence why I ask everyone to include it in a pastebin

Are there any rules on titles or is it just kind of the wild west because oldpunch is going to die Soon™ anyway? The giant mod avatar sized titles are a little confusing at a glance, makes me wonder who this new "mod" is
