How do I migrate my account to the new site?

Unless it asks for extra account details when logging in the Google auth method doesn't provide the forum with anything more than this token.

You create a new account on that website (forum.facepunch.com) with the username you want, then on the main page there is a "meta" section and there's a thread there with a link that you click.

Oi, currently on a dodgy mobile connection, is labpunch alive atm? Also, will there be easy access to the new gmod forum from there as currently its a pain to keep swapping sites on mobile to check threads.

Is there any ways or exception to login WITHOUT google or facebook? One of the things I like about FP is the complete avoidance of massive data collection by big corporations like Google and Facebook. I know that FP prefers to let Google handle and store the passwords, but is there any alternative way of logging in or just transferring my old password?

How long do you guys project the shift to the new forums version will take?

You need a valid cellphone / landline number to verify, via text / call, your account before you're allowed to use it, and the phone number you use to verify cannot be in use by another GMail account. You also cannot use a Google Voice number to verify an account.
