I think it's because most of the time a ban is permanent. A lot of them don't get how they're more like warnings on here.

just reading his posts, they all sounded very self-entitled. by the time he got to newpunch, he was posting like he'd been a part of the community for years; like that new kid in high school who attaches himself to your friend group and acts like he knows all the in-jokes

On topic: I've been lightly following the progress of Newpunch and I just wanted to say that the site looks really damn sleek. I haven't yet migrated accounts though as I want to wait until I can migrate as many posts over as I can to max out the coins I get from transferring.

How are you meant to log onto new punch on mobile? The only way I seem to be able to is to go to a thread and there's a login button on the new post box. Nothing other than that.

Equivalent of .container-fluid compared to .container when using Bootstrap (since newpunch media queries seem to be roughly the same).

Call it as you want but the timing couldn't have been anymore convenient.
Leaves a fairly sour taste after it all, to call it trivial especially when the same action was done after it was made clear not to use last time, and then only for someone else to use something of equal stance pretty much right after and the team to ignore it as a non-issue when its pretty clearly, was an issue according to last time.

Talk about rubbing the wrong way, or maybe I'm just salty (and a combination of shit mood and flu) because the whole situation felt unfairly handled and knee-jerk, which is even a view held inside a few members of the current moderation.

But whatever, point made. I'm just saying what I wanted to because I'm annoyed and it just ever so happened to be nicely timed. I'll drop it.
