The former is almost necessary in my country, whilst the latter is completely pointless and would achieve nothing good.

Violence against individuals is bannable because there could be legal action taken against the forum, similar to what happened when some moron threatened the president a few years ago. Calling for a revolution isn't going to bring anyone around and can't really get the forum in trouble, so it doesn't matter.

I should point out I don't really have any qualms with the calls for revolution, I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble.

So I was a dumbass and made a new account with the same username on the newer forum, when I should have migrated. Is there any way to rectify this?
