Can mods please wait at least a few minutes with the bans when making a "stop about this" post?

Not only does it feel very unfair to be banned out of the blue it also makes the mods look very hot headed and unable to cope with stuff and generally just looks like a kneejerk reaction.

I've noticed this quite a few times now, not only in this particular situation.

That would be nice and I'd like if you had a chat about situations like that.

This is the only forum I know where people get banned for wondering why an obvious troll is still here; and the troll get's a gigantic, website-quality-diminishing avatar and immunity to criticism.

This isn't rocket science. I don't understand why some of you think the rules don't apply to you.
