As long as the rat I receive isn't diseased, violent, or dirty, I wouldn't mind taking care of it. (Though of course my pet cat would make owning it an issue, LOL)

I agree, that stuff is just absolutely terrible.
That hairless one looks like he'll fuck your shit up.

Badass.
Oh, so I'm not the only one who thinks mice and rats are cute.
A rat bit me before, I stepped on him afterward.

Now that you mention it... I think you're right :barf:
A rat bit me before, I stepped on him afterward.
Should've captured him and threw him into an alley FULL of starving cats. Cruel revenge is the best revenge.
Rats are really excellent chefs, from what I've heard.
I've always wanted a pet rat, but my dad wouldn't have any of that. I had to settle on hamsters, which are like rats' overweight retarded half-cousins.

Those look badass. And rats are pretty cool.
Rats are cute, but I don't personally have any. I have 2 degus and a rabbit instead. :h:
I get my rats for free.
I would shit my pants if I saw that.
I guess you don't want to see the "polar bear" rat, then
Rats/mice are very cute. If you pet them with your finger they will start smelling the tip out of curiosity. This applies when they're young. Once they reach the adulthood they do that and then they bite you :v:

Truly magnificent creatures.
I like rats but I suck at taking care of any pets. My gold fish died in like a week :saddowns:
You gotta love them Rat Burger :v:

Try one of these guys. You only have to feed them diced fruit twice a week, and crickets once a week. Plus they look awesome.

Black and white rats are fucking adorable.
Also, Ratatouille changed my opinion of rats in a good way because I'm a gullible seven year old. But I'm okay with this.

So you joined when you were Five?
We never got to dissect animals in my Biology class... I'm missing out
No you aren't, I think it's disgusting as fuck. When I was a freshmen we dissected a Pig Fetus and I didn't eat pork for a fucking year. It was awful.
Worst thing is the smell. That is if you don't end up looking at the dead eyes... *shiver*
So you joined when you were Five?
Yes completely.
@Psychokitten: Depends on the age of the beardie because if they are young it is mostly live food and more often than a couple of times a week. I only know as I am babysitting someone's really young beardies at the moment whilst they're sorting out moving house. They are quite low maintenance though minus getting an adequate vivarium and a lot easier to handle then other pets because they're so darn slow. :buddy:

My brother got one four years ago for christmas. It was fairly young, but had already calmed down for the most part. It was an awesome reptile.
She died this summer. :saddowns:
I wanted a rat, but my mom wanted me to get this bugger.

Any reasonable parent would prefer a rat to a hamster if they knew anything about the two.
why would I want a horny female rat or a male rat that drags its balls all over my clean carpet and/or bed
Any reasonable parent would prefer a rat to a hamster if they knew anything about the two.
Because of the annoying cries and noises the hamsters usually make?

That sucks, I've really found a new love for reptiles. I never thought they'd be so awesome. Though I'm only having them here for another week .
I gave you a heart. :h:

Almost all the hamsters I have had were extremely docile but maybe I am lucky.
I used to have two rats, but since they died due to old age :[ thankfully I have some pictures leftover. .
