My thoughts on the movie after seeing it:
Imagine that one day, one man decides to ask his 12-year-old son to write a movie for him. The son is an God-hating kid whose biggest fears are grandma and the ice cream man, and he's got a very severe case of autism. His favorite movie is the Terminator, and he watches way too many straight-to-DVD horror and action films. Anyway, the kid writes the entire movie in one night, not bothering to re-read what he's written or hire an editor to revise it for him.
Without bothering to even see if the screenplay makes any sense, the studio decides to film it all, making sure to hire the cheapest camera men and cinematographer they could find. But wait! The movie turned out to be 3 hours and 34 minutes! That's way too long for a normal feature length film! And they've barely got any budget left to add in effects and all that!
So what do they do? They label a bunch of sticks with the names of each shot, and randomly draw them one by one. Once half of the sticks have been drawn, they take the shots left in the pile and cut all of those out. Because they're way behind schedule, they don't bother making sure it all makes sense. They decide that the end result can't be THAT bad, especially after the success of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen!
Uh oh! They've only got 20 bucks left in the budget, and they've still gotta add special effects and music! So they hire they cheapest effects guy they can find, and force him to do all the CGI in one night. For music, they search "epic orchestral music" on The Pirate Bay and throw the first 100 minutes of music they can find randomly into the movie. The more epic the music, the more epic the movie, right?
So after the kid's rich uncle pays for all the marketing and gets it into theaters, the kid and his family run off to Cuba, never to be held responsible for whatever the end result is. That end result: LEGION.

To summarize:
The entire thing is so over the top and ridiculous, yet it takes itself 100% seriously the entire time. Not one bit of it is tongue-in-cheek.
It's tri-polar. It can't decide if it wants to be an action movie, a horror movie, or a deep philosophical movie, yet it completely fails to live up to the lowest standards of any of those genres.
It completely rips off Terminator 2's plot, and in the place of SkyNet they have a malevolent, Jigsaw-like God who's more clueless about his own powers and how the world works than Paris Hilton is about Wal-Mart. It's also not 1% as good as T2.
In the end, it's a hodge-podge of incredibly cheesy un-scary horror cliches and overdone action sequences, with over an hour of pointless talking that never goes anywhere. As the movie goes on, it gets more and more plot holes. Multiple characters disappear from the story without ever being mentioned again, with not a single character wondering where they went or if they're alive. There are so many filler scenes and pointless unexplained things going on that I can't even begin to list them.
Legion is without a doubt the worst movie I've ever seen in my life.

I was extremely disappointed with this film. The blerb and cover were raving 'FOUR STARS' and 'CHANGED THE HORROR GENRE FOREVER' in the end it consisted of terrible acting, terrible plot, a full hour before the plot kicked off, no real characterization, and overall a God awful film.
I wish I was drunk when I saw it but I hadn't even touched the vodka until watching it.

Now that I've read the entire thread, so far I agree with most people saying that "Max Payne" has to be BY FAR the worst videogame movie EVER.

I saw Percy Jackson yesterday with some of my friends...big mistake.
The movie was downright bad - bad acting, bad dialogue, bad jokes bad everything. Visuals were OK but everything else was very shallow, no plot development or worthwhile traits.
