The constant bickering and arguing throughout the film just made me angry. As in I became angry at the movie. It's full of cliche's (biker guy, crazy religious woman, the idiots who leave the group and end up dead, and the little kid with no common sense), and sucks every last bit of predictable circumstance out of them.
Plus the ending was fucking ridiculous.

The Mist was fucking fantastic. Especially the ending. One of my favourite endings of all time. I mean that shit is just fucking brutal.
Stephen King himself says he wished he'd thought of it.
You have to remember it's more of a social commentary than a horror film.
Anyone who didn't like The Mist isn't a friend of mine, it's fucking great.

The mist was okay, and the ending was BEAST but I felt sorry for the [sp]guy who was killed by the crazy christian woman.[/sp] To be honest, I was half expecting the monsters to not eat him. Obviously the producers are sick bastards :v:
Also the actor for the kid must have been annoyed that he hardly got many lines and [sp]then was shot in the head by his daddy.[/sp]

He made that movie. I would say it was one of the defining films of his career just because of how arnold-y it is.
Worst movie I have ever seen to date was probably Ultraviolet.

Okay so I got back from the movie at aout 10pm last night. It was incredible - the audience laughed at nearly every line, and the infamous 'You're Tearing Me Apart Lisa!' was backed by a simulataneous choir of the phrase.
Highlights include:
"You invited all my friends to my party! You think of everything." (made all the more funnier seeing as there is about 10 people there)
"The results came back. I definitely have breast cancer." "Don't worry about it."
"So did you get the promotion?" "Nah." -long pause- "You didn't get it, did you?"

Yeah, I actually included the YouTube video of that in a college project because it deserved special mention.
I think Shutter Island was pretty shit. I don't know why everybody liked it, took ages to actually do anything interesting and non of it made sense.
