I have to say, a lot of these are awful, but fun to watch because of the fact.
Megashark vs. Giant Octopus for example, I got all kinds of laughs from that one.
For a really bad movie that just leaves you wondering why it was even made, I'd say 'Passion in the Desert'.

The Kindergarten Ninja. That film is the spawn of satan. The acting is fucking dreadful, the editing is horrific, and it's filled to the brim with cliches.

I've got you beat.
When I went to see it, the theater had been given a copy of the film with the wrong aspect ratio. Because of that, you could see the boom mic throughout most of the movie.
I am dead serious. Ruined a movie that I might have otherwise enjoyed.
