Super Red SuperMan fails and the nuke goes off, taking out both teams shields but leaves the teams unharmed. The reds shield generator is damaged and their shields can only go back up if someone fixes it. Being inside the red bases with the shields up when the radioactive dust starts to fall is the only way either the teams will survive
