The reason the plane flies so low is because of the ground itself lowering right under them. Air is generated from ground, that is why when you go higher you have less and less air around. And things fly by cutting or either being on "top" of the air. Basically what I'm saying is, when the ground goes down, so goes the air around it. The plane isn't even going fast enought to lift off. So that's why it's going so darned near the ground. Yeah, sorry about my logic and explaining, I'm doing this in really tired state so yeah. Oh what the hell, just give me boxes so I can finally build that box fortress that I have always dreamed of as a child.
I refuse to give you boxes, i give you informatives, build a wiki with it.

The whole film is sold on its CG... That's fucking pathetic. America can not make films anymore for shit.
Anyone honk John Cuhsack (sp?) isn't a very good actor?
Cusack :eng101: Yeah, don't think much of him, but he's a fucking thesp compared to Sam Neill
I refuse to give you boxes, i give you informatives, build a wiki with it.
Thank you kind sir, I will use this information to invent a warp drive and fly to mars, and carve "YOUR A FAGGOT" on the ground in the path of one of the Nasa's robots with cameras out there roaming the rocky surface of the planet. Let's give the Nasa something worth to report about
I don't really like the idea of this movie. I'd rather the public hardly know anything about 2012 so come 12,21,2012 only a small amount of people will be panicking. And Roland Emmerich is a unoriginal cunt.
I personally can't wait for 2046, Roland Emmerich's 7 hour masterpiece that consists of 1 slow shot of ice melting.
This movie is worth seeing just for the gorgeous CGI.
No, CGI is never a replacement for everything else.
CGI is the death of American cinema. Seriously you guys, it's a joke.
Anyone honk John Cuhsack (sp?) isn't a very good actor?
I like him. He was great in 1408 but sure he isn't very good in this flick neither in a few others.
War, Inc. was diabolical.
Oh boy, an action movie with the Rock in it. I thought he was still doing kids movies. :v:
The trailer was playing when I turned on the TV. I thought it was a car commercial.
Watched the real trailer and it looks pretty good.
For a movie with this much CGI, I think it's done really well. Instead of having a real car and setting with just the destruction CGI (which looks out of place), just do the whole damn thing in CGI. I can't wait for this film.
That was the most fucking hilarious movie trailer I have EVER seen.
Most hilarious disaster movie ever, Good job Roland Emmerich.
In some scenes the CGI looked awesome. But in some it looked really weird.
"okay we need a plot guize" "HEY I GOT AN IDEA 2012" "FUCK YEAH THAT'S AWESOME how what else is this gonna be about" "uhhhh"
No one was good in 1408
I really want to see this movie when it comes out, the special scene provided by Comcast had me yelling "Woahhhh!" for the 3 minutes it was on.
The whole film is sold on its CG... That's fucking pathetic. America can not make films anymore for shit.
Yeah, generalize a whole nation's cinema based on one film. Way to go there buddy.
I liked John Cusack better when he was in comedies.
Those kids are emotionless. The world's crumbling around you, you'd be in tears at LEAST.
[hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZW2qxFkcLM0[/hd]
.

There have to be huge "holes" under the groun for it to sink into and those "holes " have to be filled with air before.
Then where does the ground go into? There have to be huge "holes" under the groun for it to sink into and those "holes " have to be filled with air before.
It melts into the mantle.
Those kids are emotionless. The world's crumbling around you, you'd be in tears at LEAST.
The girl was in tears. The boy was just like HOLY FUCKING AWESOME
Then where does the ground go into? There have to be huge "holes" under the ground for it to sink into and those "holes " have to be filled with air before.
Let me remind you that the whole West Coast of USA is one huge continental crust junction (Well, not the whole west coast, but part of it anyway), and what I understood from the trailer, the sun-sized brown stuff is finally hitting the small poor fan. And the continental crust is going under the other continental crust, which is rather weird, since this progress usually takes about 100-10 000 years to move even 50 meters. So yeah, no huge holes here, just plate of ground going on top of another plate of ground. Also, about the air thingy thing I was explaining earlier. If you were on top of a moving train which is going max speed. You may notice that the wind is tremendous and you have very hard time staying on top of it. But if there was a wall covering you from the wind, you wouldn't have any problem at all staying there. That's what I meant with my earlier explaining, the ground serves as that wall, but the train is just going downwards this time. If I have done something awfully wrong and retarted, just quote and correct me there. Also, I still need about 35 informatives to reach the tech "Warp Drive" and do the trip to Mars.
This film looks atrocious. Will definitely not see it.
