You should read the UN's basic rights for children and youth, if your father infringes on any of those rights, you can go to a better home/get better guardians. Aren't you at the age of being able to fend for yourself? If he's abusing you physically theirs a rule of thumb of either... A. Calling CPS B. Or going back to the maiden term for the rule of thumb, and using a piece of rubar thick as your thumb, and break his legs.
