We just kind of approach the vicinity of a friend and then acknowledge that they're there.

I shake hands. To celebrate, I either fistbump or highfive. Never lowfive unless it's low profile tactical hsld highfiving. And solid fistbumps, a quick, firm bump. No faggy ass slowmotion finger-waggling afterwards.

well when I was living in a more rural area, people always stretched forward to shake someone's hand

-At the last second, high five position
-Watch the other person stand in total shock of the fist bump high five combo.

If you do it long enough at the same person, they try to fake you out and and kill the combo. Do it for even longer and it becomes a vicious game of stuttering hands.
