Is the surrounding area of the would inflamed? Is there a presence of abnormal heat on the wound and surround flesh? Does the scab indicate any swelling or such? And what color exactly is it? Is it with yellow tinge, or darker green? And is it sore around it? If this the general cause you probably have MRSA or something like it, and you'll have to get to a doctor right away as MRSA can easily be fatal.
