Go to your doctor to have it checked out, he/she'll probably give you antibiotics.
that's fucking gangrene. i'm a med student.
Not that your wrong, or that I am trying to be an ass, but where is your proof? If you're a med student I should assume you would know of other symptoms of gangrene as well? Regardless, OP, go to the doctor, you idiot.
Where the fuck are you putting your thumb these days?
Swine flu [editline]14th November 2010[/editline]
I've had MRSA. That is not MRSA.
You disgusting fucker
Looks like an infection. Same thing happened to me a month ago on my elbow, had to eat penicillin for three weeks.
It's just infected. Disinfect it with peroxide, put gauze and a band-aid over it.
If the infection goes too far they'll have to cut off your thumb.
It could be a fungal infection. You can search on the internet all the live-long day, but you're not going to figure out exactly what this is. Even if you find something that seems similar to what you have, you still can't be sure. Just go to a doctor.
sticky note: ur a faget
Oh, man, I had that once. Then I just rubbed some salt on it - was good as new.
you have a green thumb, plant things
