I find myself having the urge to do physically demanding tasks.
I once took a bunch of opiates and, while I was home alone, went outside at about 2 a.m. and chopped down a tree for no real reason other than just wanting to do something.
I used to have a thing for working out while I was high and I would show up to my fights high (I do MMA) but I don't so much anymore because then you get dependent on it, but I'm a lot better with my fists when I'm high on opiates for some reason.

He's still in rehab, but for whatever reasons he thinks he's completely bulletproof and superhuman and won't ever get addicted to anything no matter what and thinks he's not hurting anybody by lying and trying to blame things on others.
I guess it's hard to see the world from a non-narcissistic point of view when your head is ten feet up your own ass.
