The procedure in my state, at least for marijuana, is to burn it. It's odd too, you'd think they'd use like, a sealed furnace or something, but nope, they just heap it and burn it. Every cop present at the burning has to have someone sign off that they were at the burning so that when they get their next drug test they don't get canned for it being in their system.
I'm pretty sure smoking 50 year old weed wouldn't get you high.

Wont be full time, just to friends and people around school. I know too many people without a proper connect so I have people just come to me now. Him and his brother will have around 200 plants, so he says every ounce I sell I'd get half the profit, and I could just buy in bulk for cheap off him, then just sell that.

sounds like the time i introduced my friends gf to it for her first time. On bong hit and she was fuuucked. It can be hard to figure out how much to give a new person, you want them to get high but not overwhelm them. I recommend taking it slow, take a hit, wait a bit, not high take another.
