So I was having a conversation with my mother, who by the way is aloof to the fact that I smoke cannabis. Anyway, she got on the topic of how bad marijuana is for you. I wasn't going to let her get away with being dumb, so I said that it isn't bad for you, and instead can have many beneficial effects. She then replied by saying that "it [Marijuana] has something like twice the tar and nicotine that cigarettes have." I almost smacked her upside the head, but decided against it and told her that it has no tar if vaped, and that there is zero nicotine in cannabis. She shook her head like she didn't believe me and went back to eating.
