Well really the best way not to cough, is to take smaller hits, but with salvia you don't need alot at all, so just put like a pinch or two in, and I mean you can be generous, just don't go overboard. And really just try and hold it in as long as you can up to 30 seconds, then let it out, and wait for a wild and crazy ride. And if you aren't satisfied with it the first time you did it, then use more.

if you feel you can handle something that comes down on you almost instantly with no mercy, go for 20-30x

not fun if you are not expecting it, the best way i can describe a bad salvia trip is this:
either its multiple levels of reality, or its as if the world is splitting into another world then dividing over and over. mad shit
How come I did 40mg of Ritalin yesterday, it lasted me about an hour and then today I did 30mg it only lasted 45 mins? Do you think 10mg would make that much of a difference? Or is there a bigger tolerance build up when you snort it then when you take them orally, like people with ADD who actually need them?
