I've smoked for years and years, but one of my dealers always has this certain kind of weed. It's dank as fuck weed, but the effects are always very strange. On high enough dosages, closed-eye visuals (usually circular patterns) and mild disassociation are common, as is this weird thing where I will hear fine, but everything I see is like its lagging at like, 3 fps. It's very indica and couchlock is common, as is spending the entire high sitting around thinking deeply about your life. So, is this just really super potent weed, or is this a unique thing?

have you ever actually had psychedelics or other hallucinogens? I've met a few people who thought they were having visuals, but once they tried a real psychedelic retracted the statement.
